“This Publix has a fantastic produce manager! The fresh and organic vegetables always look crisp and colorful! The shallots are larger than usually found at other publix, and the display areas are always free of any non appealing or overripe produce! Everyone is so friendly and smiling. “I’ve had a couple of Pizzas from Surfside in the last couple of weeks. The pizzas taste great, the crust is not too thick or too thin, just the right thickness in my opinion. There were lots of ingredients and the sauce was good. The staff were very friendly (I ate one pizza in). This will be my go to pizza in Largo. For a new place, they go it right from the start.”

“I love this little community Mexican market and cafe. The food is authentic, fresh, and reasonably priced. I always get the steak tacos Mexican style. They also do American style with lettuce and cheese on flour tortilla. Lots of Latin drinks and snacks.”

HOWEVER, I recently purchased the non Driscoll farm strawberry that were BOGO, how can the strawberries be so flavorless, and dry, in the height of Florida's Strawberry season? Other stores selection of locally grown are all the example of what they should be. I see that the store doesn't respond to reviews, but I'm hoping that those that do,purchase them elsewhere.”

“Great store. Good produce! Good meats at GOOD prices. Their store brand is the best buy. Unfortunately, they are carrying more and more name brands which are not as budget minded. That blows the Save a Lot business model. However even the name brands are priced better than pblix.
Save-a-lot really should open a store at 22nd St S and 18th Ave S.
The building is perfectly suited to their size. And the only competition is Dollar general or family Dollar and small mini quick stores. The neighborhood has NO FRESH vegetables for 20 to 40 blocks, N,S, E or W!
Save-a-lots prices and selection would be Very popular to a developing and somewhat gentrifying neighborhood. Also, discerning patrons would choose S-A-L over other overpriced chains or inadequate Dollar chain junk stores
The local demografic is becoming more and more financially stable as RE values limb steadily. Save A Lot could reap long term success where Publix and Walmart are completely missing.”
“This is probably the cleanest and most organized Dollar General I’ve ever been to. The aisles are clear of carts and clutter. The shelves are stocked and nicely faced. Very easy to find items.”
“I enjoy shopping Winn-Dixie when they have the bogo sales. Then again everybody should have been out of everything because of the economy but it doesn't stop even going in and getting the essentials. The bread, the milk, the sugar, the coffee. “This store has a great selection of fresh foods, produce, frozen foods, wines, beers, and serious BOGOs, buy one get one items. Holiday decor available.
Today I arrived to early for the hot bar with several food items, so I chose a deli option.
Manager John was very friendly and helpful.
The store has automatic doors, wide aisles, large section signs and readable aisle signs.
Wheelchair access parking with curb cuts in large parking lot.”
“I work at this walmart and its pretty okay but the customers can be absolutely miserable always yelling at other workers. 99% of the time we have no idea what we are doing because people do not know how to train us properly and then when people ask us questions and it takes longer than 2 minutes to look it up people go ape shit because our devices take too long. Yall need to give us a break. Especially in the online grocery department! Keeping track of thousands of orders is hard to do. And when orders go missing we usually try to repick the order for the customer. But people need patience. We CANNOT have an order out in less than a minute we have a process and people can obviously not understand that. And heres a TIP before you pick up your groceries. DO NOT COME BEFORE AN APPOINTMENT. The amount of complaints we have is because for some reason people have an appointment after they pick up their groceries. PLEASE come later we are open from 7am-10pm and we hold orders up until 3 days.... So please just give us some time.”

“I got a sub from Tarkisha today at the deli and was just the sweetest and I love her! Absolutely the most pleasant experience I've had at that deli and I can't say enough good things about her.
