“This store has all of the inventory of a big box store, but the employees run towards you to help. Five separate employees stopped to ask me if I needed help while I was looking at one thing. They didn't care if I didn't know what I was doing. They explained it to me. If I did they listened and reassured. What an incredible experience. I don't want to go anywhere else.”

“I've been coming here for about 6 years, and today, I would like to give a special commendation to Patty. My name is Raz, and I came in to get two rip cuts and two cross cuts on 1/4 inch birch plywood. Patty was busy at the time helping a co-worker with a forklift. I saw she was busy, so I politely asked if someone could make some cuts for me since it didn't fit in my vehicle as a whole 4x8' sheet. Well, not only did Patty come as she said she would when she was done helping her co-worker, she did so with incredibly precise cuts. I was quiet while she cut, because myself I've worked in construction for 25 years now, and I know how important focus is on important cuts. Once she finished, we chatted about the wonderful smell of fresh cut timber, how this was a project for my little hens, and she even suggested First Saturday Lime to repel insects and pests from my hen house. In this age of digital distraction, superficial interactions and busied lifestyles, I am really happy to say we shared such warmth and genuine kindness, she had a calm and friendly attitude, she possessed good attention to detail, and her safety awareness was noticeable. The care she had with the material I was going to purchase was such a considerate touch. She handled everything politely and respectfully, and she was truly such a pleasant individual to speak to. Lowe's, you've done a terrific choice in employee Patty. Patty, thank you so much for restoring my faith in humanity. In this age of Epsteinicism, I can't say how much the little things matter...big time! Thanks again Patty, and bless your wonderful soul.”
“Read this review- This store is the best Harbor Freight anywhere and one of the most amazing employees in all of retail is Mr. Nick.... This man should write the manual on how to treat customers and the rulebook for service. Now I realize that the customer is not always right and that's not the point. The point is this man really cares about his customers and performs at a level in retail that I have never seen. Actually, this is above and beyond customer service especially in a world now where people just don't care and are phoning in their work. I went to two places yesterday and asked where a simple item was and I thought I was talking to Beavis and Butthead at both stores. Nope, just the new normal. Life is hard and everybody is on a mission or has an agenda. So when I go to a place of business. I am only hoping to get what I pay for and some sort of service. Mr. Nick is a solve problem solver! From the words of a famous person, love them or hate him, " if you're not part of the solution, then you're part of the problem"~Elon Musk. If anybody from Harbor Freight corporate reads this. “I REALLY like this store, and every visit I have ever made is 5 stars. Tonight I stopped again and Robert in lumber was extremely kind and helpful, he went over and above in customer service! He deserved special recognition in my opinion. I have to add that all of the staff are helpful and pleasant and the store is well stocked and clean. I highly recommend this store and it is the only place I stop for supplies for my projects.”
