“I went because a carrier placed my package in a non lockable box and it was not there when I tried to retrieve so I reported the mailbox lock broken and also did a claim for my package.”
“I am a small business owner and I am constantly in and out of the post office to ship packages and this wonderful place will always be my go-to for my shipping needs! I'm in here so much that on the days I don't need to go in, I always think of the owners and wonder how they're doing that day. They are the kindest people and the atmosphere of their business reflects exactly that. They recently updated all of the floors and they added a little coffee stand so customers can enjoy a cup of coffee while they look at books. It's a wonderful place to check out, whether you live here or if you're a visitor!”

“Whomever "T" and "MG" are, they are very wrong. They say this is a "Fake" USPS and using the logo illegally. They are very much WRONG! This is a Postal Contract Station for the USPS. They offer all the same prices for stamps and postage although they do not offer ALL services that are offered at a "Standard" USPS offices. This is a Card & Gift store which also has the Postal Contract Station inside. They aren't able to do some of the things as a standard post office, because they don't have the same equipment. Some people are clueless but will make stuff up. Highly recommend this place!”
“Mort was behind the counter. Long line on a saturday pushing it close to noon close time, but he was super nice, patient and friendly. Mort was able to let a few elderly people visit, not feel rushed and was still able to move the line along. Great job!!”

“We came to the area for vacation, my daughter got loved ones some postcards we came to The Madeira branch. We had the best customer service, Gina was who helped us she made our visit an experience, she let me daughter pick and choose her stamps from the pack letting her pick her favorites. “I really like the Cleveland st. Clearwater Post Office. They have great staff and customer service. I have been going there for 20 years and 98% of the time the customer service is fantastic, and professional. I always notice when people treat you with interest, courtesy and want to give you the best service. This Post Office should be commended or rewarded for their customer care. I really appreciate what they do and how they do it to help me with my postal services I need. That includes the PO Box. It is a great service. Well done!!!!”
“One of the better post offices in our area. Sometimes the men are "focused" and not very pleasant but for the most part everyone here seems to like their job and enjoying working. Always have the stamps I want and never rude. I make people smile everywhere I go and this place is no exception. I read the other reviews and am behooved bc I have never witnessed anything other than assistance. Clean too and fully stocked with boxes of various sizes :)”
“When I arrived at the USPS location just before closing time with an urgent package to send off, I was fortunate to be assisted by Bruce, an employee whose helpfulness exceeded my expectations. Bruce was not only quick and efficient in handling my package, but he was also incredibly friendly throughout the process. He patiently answered all of my questions, ensuring I was completely informed and comfortable with the shipping process. Luckily, I was able to ship my package right on time without any hassle. It’s not often that I get good experiences at shipment centers.”

“They’re always friendly when I’ve visited. I’ve been coming here for a few years and actually drive a bit further to come to this location as the one on 77th St has a grumpy employee. It’s especially important to go to a happy post office like this one during Christmas — they’re cheerful and patient with people.”

“I went in to ship my package this morning the lady was amazing even tho they don't accept cash she put me in the right direction for a atm she was so nice I asked her If she had bubble rap to buy as I was shipping a phone to my mom she told me she didn't sell it but she cut off a pice of her own and wrapped my phone very nicely and put it in its box wial I wrote out the addresses she was so sweet and very friendly I do not understand these reviews maybe these reviews are to someone els that I didn't deal with as it was only one woman and the woman I dealt with was super sweet will definitely go back if I ever have to ship something”

“The best, friendliest, "go the extra mile" service I have ever experienced at a post office. I had 185 calendars to mail with no postage attached. They took it upon themselves to apply the postage to all those envelopes for me! Who gives service like that anymore? What a treat!”
