“Kristina at Extra Space 7402 in Pinellas Park is amazing. She’s so helpful and communicative. This location’s units are all great and clean. Perfect location for a storage unit that is central to everything.”
“Hands down the BEST storage experience I’ve ever had. If I could give them 50 stars out of 5, I would! The facility is spotless, secure, and easy to access, but Adam and the team here is what truly sets them apart. Fantastic attitude, incredibly helpful, and top-tier customer service from day one. Highly recommend!”
“Cameron is a true asset to the team and provides legendary customer service. I can’t thank him enough for assisting in all my needs in getting my storage setup”
“I’ve been renting here for a while. The property is well cared for. You can tell the property manager Christina truly cares about this place. She can always be found with a positive attitude and smile on her face. Truly a delight to my whole experience. Highly recommend”
“I had a great experience renting a unit for here. Micheal went above and beyond and answered all my questions throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this place. Definitely 5 star customer service.”
“Chasity has been great in working with me while, I'm going through a difficult time. This is my second time using Public Storage and the customer service is great like it was before.”
“When I'm seeking a clean-up batter, I can turn to James for a simple base hit or knocking it outta the ballpark. He always has Inventory, Assets are well maintained and very clean, and more importantly, Customer Service is GRADE-A. There's no problem large or small James can't solve. When seeking consistency and reliability, no one's better than Pinellas Self Storage. Thanks a million for yet another awesome experience.”

“What a wonderful experience from very kind people! The owner of the facility she treated me with the upmost respect. I highly recommend her facility. It's a shame that other businesses do not care about your needs as she did mine. Please do yourself a favor and give her your business.”
“The stars are all for Big Mike! He was a champ and went above and beyond to get the pod to fit. I don’t like that the automated phone doesn’t ever just let you talk to a person. And I didn’t love that at 3pm, my window time went from 1:30-4:30 to 4-7. But Big Mike was as great and deserves 5 stars!!”

“We have been storing our RV at Florida Covered storage for 5 years. It is a very safe and well maintained place
Management did send out emails advising us to move our camper due to impending hurricanes. The storage is located in Zone A and it does flood during tropical storms and hurricanes. We moved our camper before the hurricanes as was advised and had no issues.”

“Booked everything online, very easy. Went in the next day to get keys and check the place out. Met Mike in the front office. He was very friendly and helpful. Had a great time meeting with him! The place is very neat, new looking and a very large facility. Would recommend checking in here for your storage needs.”
