As i walked in she gave me a warm smile and greeting. As told her about my credit situation and my goals and she kindly introduced and to me the best options to acheive them with BrightStar. “This is such a long overdue post and I’m sorry for it! Michael Joseph was such a tremendous blessing to us in buying a new car that I needed. He was patient, kind and hysterical and even gave me some words of wisdom that helped me get a better price on the car! My mom and I loved talking with him. He worked diligently and faithfully while being courteous to us. I don’t write reviews normally but this man has been so impressed upon my heart even now (nearly a month later) I had to finish the review I told him I’d leave him. I’m sorry for the delay my friend. “I went to this branch for the first time yesterday to arrange a new debit card.
The moment I entered, well the door was open by a lovely lady with a great smile greeting me to the branch! This was the first amazing part, secondly I was assisted by Sandra the senior banker, to sort the debit card replacement.
I have to say what a very professional experience to have dealt with Sandra who assisted me and arranged all the things I needed swiftly, professionally and with a great smile.

“It is extremely difficult when your account is compromised by an unknown individual(s) and was successful in getting into my checking account and making purchasing for merchandise. This obviously was extremely difficult for my wife and I. It required the cancellation of all my checking accounts including the contact with all of my merchants. I offer all of the credit to my wife along with a special individual from the credit union. Her name is Ashley Smith from We Florida Financial Credit Union. Ashley was successful In assisting in the cancellation along with aiding in the contact of our merchants. She is definitely a special individual and aided in the cancellation of all of our accounts.
