“Last week I walked into the 1799 Sample branch at 4:45 PM to deposit a relatively large check. They close at 5. This was not an ideal time for me to appear. I had already called customer service and been warned that the check would be subject to a hold, so I arrived carrying multiple documents, fully prepared to negotiate with the banking equivalent of the Supreme Court. I’m not a Premier customer—just an ordinary Chase checking customer, always thanked for being a loyal customer of 7 years - technically, since I've been with them since Washington Mutual days (about 18 years, but who's counting?), so they’ve had plenty of time to decide whether I’m trustworthy. Despite the late hour, the teller greeted me warmly and gave me good news about the deposit. My first reaction was, essentially, “Suspiciously good that close to 5.” I didn’t say that, of course. I politely asked to speak with a manager, because apparently seven years of banking history have not cured me of my natural distrust of good news. Alyssa, a Relationship Banker, came over, confirmed what the teller had told me, checked the system for anything else, and said she would check again the next morning and call me with an update. At this point I thanked her politely while privately assuming that “I’ll call you tomorrow” belonged in the same category as “your call is important to us.” *I was wrong.* Next morning, Alyssa called exactly as promised and confirmed that the teller had been right (there was no hold). I’m sorry I didn’t get the teller’s name, because she deserves equal credit. She was the first person to patiently deal with my skepticism, give me the correct information, and did it with a genuinely positive attitude—15 minutes before closing. So apparently, this is what good customer service looks like: people who are still helpful when the clock says they could reasonably be thinking about anything else, and who actually do what they say they’re going to do. The bank is excellent, and this branch has earned my business. There are branches closer to both my home and work, but I’ll happily go out of my way to use this one._”

“I have been using this supermarket for a little bit. I never really needed any help, I went in got what I needed and left. Well, the other day I went in and I needed some assistance and this nice man named George helped me. He was super friendly, efficient and helpful. He knew everything in that store from top to bottom, front to back and more. I was very pleased with his attentiveness, then I went in today and he remembered me, and said hello, asked me how was my day and wished me a good day. I will always go to a place like this that gives you the personal touch, that has seemed to be lost in this world lately. I am glad George is always a smiling face at Seabra. I will always be back to this store.”

“Today I went to deposit some cash and 2 large bags of quarters in morning. I knew they were going to be a hassle and asked to for coin rolls and do them myself But Kayla not only went above and beyond by offering to assist by counting one whole bag for me and showing me how to roll them properly but also made sure i didn’t short myself while counting. When she finished counting the bag she had, she went as far as counting the rest of the second bag. She gave fantastic customer service so I really want to shout “Kayla” out. Thank you.”

“I’ve been here multiple times. And one of the most baffling things is how ignorant the negative reviews are about this location. Staff is stellar with positive personalities and always ready to help. Don’t always believe what you read, so by all means, go inside to see for yourself. I very highly doubt you’ll have a terrible experience.”

“On August 3 I took my daughter to the chase branch in pompano to open her first saving and checking account as a college student. I was helped by Juan yana which was very knowledgeable and very informative of all the service the banks had to offer, he explain to my daughter in full detail how to set everything that the chase app had to offer. He kept repeating to my daughter if she any additional questions before he proceeded to the next step. It is a pleasure for chase to have a team member of his potential and wealth of knowledge . I’m very happy with the way my daughter and I was treated.”
