“I placed an order online for a couple of kitchen appliances. Right after the order was placed, I realized one of the items was setup for delivery, one for pickup. So I decided to call the store to rectify the problem.The wait on the phone was so LONG...it was ridiculous. I decided to cancel the online order and re-enter it with the right delivery instructions. The website is really good and easy to navigate...it was easy to cancel the order and place a new one. The delivery was smooth and they provided good communication the day of the delivery and installation....several texts and emails gave me a feel for when the delivery would take place. I also got a call first thing in the morning telling me the time frame for the delivery. Good communication.”

“Deborah & the Eso Team worked with us on a 9k sq foot home with 2 kitchens (including a full commercial home kitchen), 9 bathrooms, a complicated master bathroom with multiple vanities, custom cabinets, mirrors, plus a huge tub, sauna, steam, and salt room. Her design sensitivities and listening to what we wanted were excellent - her suggestions always reflected that she was paying attention to our intentions. Her team prepared comprehensive installation binders and was always available to our plumbers and electricians as we did the rough and the final. We had a bunch of swaps and changes along the way, and Deborah was quick to send the new part and swap the old one. She was patient and thoughtful during the design phase, showed great attention to detail as we started to make decisions, and was a true partner during construction and installation. We could not have been more pleased with every aspect of the work - they're lovely, professional, and have great integrity. Thank you!”

“I’ve always wanted to go here and support this mom and pop hardware store. Today I was given a reason. No one at the big box store down the street would help me and I decided to give one more place a shot. Just went to look for a rain barrel spout (bulk head spout) and at first didn’t find it where I was directed to but then a really nice sales guy started helping me piece something together and ultimately found me exactly what I was looking for! I couldn’t believe it! I was ready to leave and feel defeated and shop online but the gentleman took time to listen and help me! That’s amazing for this day in age. I forgot a down spout rain collector so I will be back soon! I’ll post pics soon too. Can’t wait to say hello. Leave a like or follow me if this was helpful. “Not many of these hardware stores open anymore. It's my go to spot for specialty nuts, bolts, screws and all of your other fasteners weather they are specialty or not. The big box stores don't have half the selection of this store. They also build or repair window screens. They carry just about everything you need for your home or project and helpful staff everywhere. I can't say enough.”
