“The manager greeted me and personally saw that I received the service I needed. He took time out of his morning to walk through the store greeting each employee as well as every customer he crossed paths with. I thought this was an amazingly rare character trait that most don't display anymore.”

“I ordered the peeled Greenland shrimp a couple of weeks ago, after I placed the order I realized that I forgot to order some Kalles Kaviar, I called them up and left a message on the answering machine, they called me right back and added KallesKaviar and my shipment was on its way to Colorado. Two days later i received the shipment, the shrimp was still frozen and the kaviar was cold. They have the best customer service. Next time it will be the Greenland shrimp Shell on.”
“A very strange man in a bright red shirt, was loitering in front of this shop on 5.02.21. The moment I entered the store, the loiterer proceeded to follow me into the store! The same individual purchased NOTHING, then exited the store just as I did (same time) Like clock work. Upon leaving the store, he resumed to his position, where he had be loitering previously. Just stood there. Until I drive away.”
“Kind of makes me think of a bodega.Passed by here with my friend, Sean M. Didn't expect much from this store, but I was very pleasantly surprised.They have a lot of things I use in my day to day, including sour orange juice that shockingly both Publix and Walmart were out of.They also had a bunch of calderos, which are essentially the cast irons that Cubans use. I want to clarify that when I say a bunch, I mean they have sizes I've never seen. They're so big that you could feed an army. These are the sizes suited for the parties on Noche Buena.I expected to see a lot of Caribbean items, and while Cuba may be part of the Caribbean, I guess I expected more exotic goods. I mean, don't get me wrong - they have lots of things from the Bahamas and Jamaica, but I suppose it showed me my own ignorance in how similar the cuisine of all these cultures are. Definitely would go back if in the area. I'm eyeing the occasion to have a party and get myself a massive caldero from them!”
“Clean, organized, and friendly staff. And best of all, the very low prices. Make sure to join their membership/rewards program. It gives you extra discounts at checkout. Parking was plentiful, and there was a security officer in the entrance for added security. I'm planning on going back as you can't beat some of the prices.”
“I love this DG! I do my Saturday shopping’s here and it’s never messy, employees are always stocking and this store usually has everything I came to get. The manager however is a big reason I keep coming to this store. He is so welcoming and extremely helpful with me and my coupons lol. The other day there was an irate lady in the store and he kept his demeanor so calm and handled it beautifully. This DG is by far my favorite”
“Always a pleasure doing business with them although the energy coming off from the employees feel like zombies or puppets. It’s the cleanest store in the area and it’s always stocked except the Publix generic brands are rarely available, it sells fast which is understandable atleast have the back order in rotation because it SELLS. My Irish twins love their green wise purée baby foods better than any other brand and I do too. The store is also convenient for me and my family. Because it’s walking distance from where I stay. So that’s a PRO….”

“I stopped in for a catering order today. The order included lasagna. I visited the store a little before 9am. The lines were short and the service was quick. Plenty of parking was available and multiple staff were on the sales floor to assist with questions.”
