“Honestly feel like I’ve just had free access to healthcare, which I’ve heard is hard to come by in the US. I can’t remember the name of the absolute gentleman who helped me, but thank you. Took my measurements, provided a midsole and gait assessment, listened to my preferences, and provided fantastic suggestions and feedback. Honestly the best shoe-shopping experience I’ve ever had - it felt like I’d stumbled into a combination of an old school boutique cobbler shop and a state of the art podiatrist practice. Perhaps the range of available shoes could have been better but couldn’t possibly bother to mark you down for that. I hope you earn commission brother, you certainly deserve it.”

They make good strong things that are used every day. A good rambler, cut down on plastic bottles. A good cooler is worth its weight in gold. So spend the extra 100 bucks for a quality tundra . I suggest buying brass or definitely Extremely rust proof Screws and bolts if you’re gonna have it on the saltwater. . Everything YETI has made was a good product. The little tiny things like strap down and tiedowns you can buy that stuff cheaper but everything else. This is your place to buy it. It might be a little more expensive, but you get to see it feel it. Know that before you buy it . And the staff are very helpful, the service is there if you want it , and they have the ability to answer questions about how to use your product; Example Sacrifice a bag of ice on your hoppers with the cooler bag down before you take the cool, How to clean them . And all your bigger harder, coolers how to use dry eyes with salt. Keep your ice cold. For the long haul! Via Florida Through the Caribbean on your boat or over land yeti is my go to . You will see me you will see with some yeti cup or rambler wit a soft carry so I never harm my own boat or any of my clients yachts . They are tuff and they don’t sweat ! Only thing if your using a rambler get the Sheath for it of your on your boat or very expensive paint job vehicle. To prevent any damage from dropping or nicking the rambler on gel coat or teak ect . Like u said buy it once your set for years . So it’s worth the extra money. Made an invention in Texas. I hope they are continued to be made there or not in China. If they go to China, then I’ll go somewhere else but for now I’m a huge fan of YETI products , With the O-ring brakes or the handles Brake on the coolers, they were replaced it no problem I had a tundra back before all the other stuff If it’s poor, if it’s old or whatever you can replace the little handles cheap enough last year another 10 years. You learn how to use the dry ice and salt method the way they tell you This will keep your drinks, cold to block of ice ? abd any of the 2-4-5 lb plastic slabs are good any type . for a few days no matter how hot it gets! “Stopped by the store on July 3rd 2026, and traffic in the store was intense. With holidays and World Cup games going on, the place was packed.
Simon was kind and able to find my size in the back; he even mentioned if the size wasn’t found, they could order online and ship for free!
Customer service was so good, I decided to grab three shoes: walking, gym and running.
Zach at the checkout helped order and place an order to my address as one of the sizes wasn’t found (9060 grey/blue). Signed me up to rewards program in a flash.
Confirmation and receipts were sent to my email on the spot. Checked out with ease.
Honestly was about to walk out because of how congested it was. They made the experience like VIP and ended walking out with more shoes than intended. The team works based on limited headcount but delivered with finesse and accountability. I asked if they get commission, Simon said he does it because he loves what he does and it’s for the customers.
Protect these people. I’ll be coming back to shop for more. It’s the experience that pushes me to buy; something that companies lose sight on or it’s hard to train that ingrained customer service.”
“Got great service by knowledgeable staff. They didn't try to up-sell me. I came in thinking I needed to replace more on my board than I needed to. Instead of selling me an entire assembly, they sold me just the parts I needed to fix my problem. It fixed the problem and saved me money. I went back to buy a helmet for not trying to up-sell me. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, supportive, and genuinely fun. Colin was an absolutely incredible instructor. His patience, knowledge, calm demeanor, sense of humor, and ability to explain everything so clearly made such a huge impact on my confidence underwater. You can tell he genuinely cares about his students not only learning the skills correctly, but also truly enjoying the experience and developing a love for diving. He made what could have felt intimidating feel exciting and empowering instead, and that made all the difference.
Hunter was equally amazing and brought such a fun and positive energy to the whole experience. Both Colin and Hunter created such an encouraging environment where questions were always welcomed and every accomplishment was celebrated. Their passion for diving is contagious, and it honestly made this one of the most memorable experiences I may have ever had.
The quality of instruction, attention to safety, professionalism, and overall atmosphere at Scuba Network completely surpassed anything I could have hoped for. I left not only officially certified (in less than 1 week!!!), but genuinely excited to continue diving and keep growing in the sport. I’m so grateful for the time, patience, encouragement, and care that the entire team put into making this such an incredible experience for me.
If you’re considering getting scuba certified, I genuinely could not recommend Scuba Network more. They are THE BEST! This was truly the definition of a 5-star experience in every possible way, and I’m so thankful to Colin, Hunter, and everyone at the shop for making it so special.”
“Hugh and his team are the real deal. They patience and willing to help crazy obstacles are like no other. Hugh's determination to help fix tanks to make sure they are fully operational is impressive. I think I would of thrown away my tank by now and given up, But not him. The battle is still going and I'm rooting for him. In all honesty, watch out for what you buy other establishments(sailorman). They don't check what they sell you and then leave you with a 4 day return which is impossible to die because there is a waiting list to check pressure in tanks. I don't know where I would be without underseas sports.”
