“The person on the phone was friendly and they arranged for someone to come out promptly (within 30 minutes). Kyle was friendly and efficient when he arrived. I felt like we were in good hands. I would give the service element 5 stars.
It was $125 flat rate plus a fee per mile. There is also a fee for using a credit card.”

“Doc and his crew were awesome! We broke down in the Winn Dixie parking lot, in Starke Florida, up the street from Doc with a blown spark plug, trying to make our way back north!! We had already been stranded over 2 hours waiting on a mechanic that never showed!! Doc is the only one that said he could help and luckily he was only 5 minutes away! He walked my husband through what to unplug and such, to make it to his shop!! When we got there, he walked us through, step by step, what he was gonna do and how he was gonna do it! Doc and his crew were very knowledgeable and reasonable and he got us in and out in a few hours, only took that long because the motor had to cool off prior to them doing any work on it!! It runs better now than before, all because of 1 pesky little spark plug!! Thank you Doc and crew, didn’t catch the other guys name, for working on our Expedition and getting us back on the road!! “Ms. Marley is absolutely wonderful. We got a 'tire pressure low' signal on our way to Tampa (after having the tires checked 4 days ago at Honda) and saw that this shop is open so we popped in. She checked the tires and they were all ok and told us we're good to go, the other repair shop may have broke the sensor but the tires are ok. The whole thing took less than 10 mins and we didn't have an appt.”

Allen double checked the other tires to make sure they were secured. Professional and the kindest act to make it a priority to get us back on the road with new tire.”
