“I am not pleased with my experience(s) at Walmart Pharmacy on Heald Way so I decided to give Publix Pharmacy a try. A prescription was called in by my doctor and when I went in it was ready. I hadn't even had the opportunity to give them my insurance information but was pleased to learn they had taken the initiative and looked up my information so I had very little to attend to on my first visit. The service was great. I'll be going back and would encourage you to give them a try if you're not happy with your current vendor.”

“Really nice store they pay attention to the fact I'm in the building and they notice if I need help very clean very organized and on a little block from the place the only problem is when you buy cigarettes they check your ID what a pain in neck that is best if you lost your ID so you all can your 53 years old and you can't get a pack of cigarettes but it's not their fault is corporate great store sincerely Williams”

“Dr. Wallace is caring and warm. He's helped me and my son tremendously. I find him to be an empathetic and highly intelligent care provider. Watching someone you love suffer is difficult and Dr. Wallace was the lifeline my son needed to start to heal. Even though I only see him 3-4 times a year he always remembers me and our previous discussions. While I can't know the experience of others, I would question any review of Dr. Wallace that isn't mostly positive. Sadly, the administrative staff do leave much to be desired but the genuine goodness of Dr. Wallace warrants the five star rating.”

“There's an old saying that if you want great service and top-quality products, you can't get low prices. I prefer quality and service, so I love Publix. That being said, their BOGO deals are very price-competitive so I look for them. Furthermore, their house-brand products are always very good quality and much less expensive than most name-brand options.”

“I have never had an experience where I would rate a visit to an emergency room a five, but somehow UF Health did it. My 91 year old mother cut her arm. As she is on blood thinners, she ripped off a lot of skin and it wouldn't quit bleeding. When we arrived they immediately triaged her and put us in a room. Within minutes, the ARNP was in there taking care of her. They did some tests, and while we were waiting for the results they brought us some blankets without our even asking because it was very cold. They wrapped her arm up really well with a bandage that would help her clot so she would quit bleeding and gave us a referral to wound care. All of the staff we encountered went out of their way to show kindness and help us in any way possible. I definitely was pleasantly surprised how much they made a bad situation not so bad. Kudos UF Health.”
