“For about 3 days after my phone was stolen, I was still having issues activating my new phone’s eSIM after transferring the number to T-Mobile and countless calls. The security would not let me proceed without a one-time passcode to the phone number that I needed to activate. The passcode was sending to a phone number that wasn’t liked to any phone; it was a whole mess!!! After being told to run around to different locations, we showed up to this one, and Chase hunkered down and got our issue resolved! It was also brought to our attention that other T-Mobile stores like the one at Lady Lake which told us they couldn’t fix it and turned us away could have done the same process, but Chase was the only one willing to take the time to actually help us out!”
“Really nice store they pay attention to the fact I'm in the building and they notice if I need help very clean very organized and on a little block from the place the only problem is when you buy cigarettes they check your ID what a pain in neck that is best if you lost your ID so you all can your 53 years old and you can't get a pack of cigarettes but it's not their fault is corporate great store sincerely Williams”

“I will definitely be returning to this pawn shop to sell something and/or buy something!
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Talmadge Griffin, he never made me feel like a bother, never rushed me, and was extremely kind. I went in to sell a few bits of broken jewelry I had, and to potentially buy a wedding ring as mine is somewhat loose.
He was very sweet as he helped me figure out my size and situation. He never pushed for me to sell my ring nor buy one. I ended up keeping my original ring as my ring size is a bit funky.
As for selling the jewelry, he was efficient and sweet during the whole process!
I bought a mini TV (picture included) when I was there, and Mr. Griffin even tightened the legs of the TV for me!
His kindness should never go unnoticed, he is a sweatpea! Everyone there are genuine, honest people; which is hard to find anywhere these days.
I highly recommend this place!!
