“There is no A/C working. They have a portable A/C in the corner. Very hot here in FLORIDA. not sure how long it been broken but thts unacceptable. Lines very long. They have 5 workers who seem comfortably incompetent. A customer had their dog on the phone counter I’m allergic to dogs but maybe it was a service animal I’m not too sure.”
