“Yesterday I went to Crossroads Pharmacy to get my pneumonia vaccine and also the Tdap vaccine. Michael was extremely helpful, and as I was waiting for him, I saw him interact with customers with his funny sense of humor and also with much empathy for another customer who wanted to pick up a script that couldn’t be filled since it had been filled too recently. Who would have thought going for shots could be so enjoyable-lol!
Michael brought out my two vaccines and was so good that my I barely even felt the needle! Crossroad pharmacy is my go to for vaccines from now on for sure! Thank you Michael!!!!”

“If I could give the ladies 10 stars, I would. I was there on May 6th and was having a horrible time with the doctor's calling in my husband's medication. When I finally had a breakthrough with them getting the meds called in, those ladies saw my frustration and made sure every item available was filled. One medication was not available there, but they found which store had it, and I was able to get it the next day. I am so thankful they were there and seemed so attentive, not just to me but to others as well. Hats off to the crew that was there on Wednesday evening, 05/06/26, around 7 pm. Thank you”
“I go here all the time. It's a very good Walgreens location. It's by far the busiest in Lee County. Lehigh Acres has a growing population and this store takes it on. I know by face most of the employees. Even though they are worked harder than any other store I've visited in the area they still smile and treat customers with care. I hope corporate headquarters reads this review because these employees go above and beyond to deliver great and professional customer service. Thank you to all of them.”
