The branch has a great location but can get very busy, especially on Fridays. Many customers note that the customer service representatives are great, helpful, and professional, often providing the best service and resolving problems very quickly. Staff members, including managers, are described as sweet and take time to help with concerns, genuinely checking on customers' experiences. However, the branch is frequently crowded and appears short-staffed. This can lead to processes moving too fast for some customers to fully explain their situations. The customer help area and greeting system need work, as customers are not always greeted or signed in upon arrival. Suggestions include adding more employees to improve organization and move processes along to avoid losing customers. Despite these operational challenges, the staff does their best to help everybody and keep people satisfied.
When i tell you it was so busy on Thursday, everyone was working so well, but this branch needs to hire more people with how busy it gets. The manager even helped out and took care of me and the situation i had.

The manager , marisol was so sweet. She took the time out of her busy day on Friday and helped me out with some concerns I had. The staff did their best and tried to take care of everybody with how busy it was. Great place!
