“Senior Banker Bria bent over backwards to help me when Wells Fargo on the same street completely dropped the ball. She even stayed past closing due to Wells Fargo wasting my time for hours. She was very knowledgeable and empathetic with me. I was so anxiety ridden about just setting up an account at that point due to being treated so poorly by WF but she very calmly told me “please take your time I’m here for you, Ms. Cassandra.” I think people discount how important it is when you are directly handling people’s money to provide a good experience with bankers and provide a human experience. She was empathetic to a level that I desperately needed to feel confident in opening high balance accounts. We briefly discussed other products (she is very knowledgeable about how to get the best outcome with your money with BOA Rewards). Ultimately, she set my account up and told me she would continue to follow up to make sure all my needs were met. I didn’t leave until past 5 and at no point in time did I feel rushed. I do not know how else to express what an angel Bria was for me. I will likely be a customer for life solely based on this interaction.”

“Went to Rental A Wheel Was treated really good by Ray store manager at Rent A Wheel in Daytona FL . Very professional wonderful to work with and great pricing. Went in, not knowing exactly what I want, but with his professionalism and the staff professionalism helped me acquire rims and Tires. In my price range that looked great on my truck. Will not take my business anywhere else and I i’m not easy to deal with lol. I have shopped at this store several times and every time has been excellent service and great pricing.
