He personally showed me several units, all of which were absolutely immaculate. The facility is so clean and organized that it feels more like a hospital than a storage space. But this last time I had to re-buy a storage lock (couldn't use the 1 I've always used) and I could no longer use the key fob I had so now you have to manually enter the information EVERYTIME unless you get the app ?”

Not only was Joe so helpful and organized, he helped me figure out the best way to store and load my items efficiently and easily.
