“Amazing movers! They were recommended by my realtor. I had 30 years of collectibles, art, fine china, etc. It was all moved with the greatest of care. I hired them to pack and move me. They were super dependable. They showed up on time and with everything they needed and had me packed and ready to go ahead of schedule.They go above and beyond. They understand the stress of moving and stay calm and understanding throughout the process. The best part for me was after the move and they were no longer under any obligation, they continued to take my calls and the owner has what must be a photographic memory, to remember what box was left where. All the boxes were clearly and intuitively marked making it easy to locate things upon arrival. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!!!”

“Went in to rent a unit, one of the women were really helpful, her name was Millie. She knew a lot about the prices, unit types, was friendly, etc. She helped me download the app that’s used for the actual property where you can open doors without having to touch anything so I liked that it was high tech. Everything looked really clean unlike some of the other storage places around the area. They also have a good selection of things to aid in moving, I liked that everything was convenient and in the same place. Overall, the process was smooth, place was clean, security was good, they had a good selection of things for sale for use in moving, everything was great. I would really recommend getting help from Millie because she seems to actually want to help.”

As a local designer I have used Castle for years for receiving, storage, and relocation services as well as cleaning and set-up. They are always organized, prepared, solution driven, cost effective, and professional. This team is so easy to work with and always deliver.I recently used Castle services for my personal home relocation as well. I have had nearly 15 relocations in my lifetime and have never utilized a professional moving company before. What a difference! They came in and wrapped all my furniture and appliances for transit. “I've been using this company for about 5 or 6 years now, and I have been extremely happy with them. The people are friendly and helpful. The best part, my rates have not changed since I started. This company could easily try and hold my items at ransom and try to increase my fees every year (like other storage facilities do), but they value loyal customers and in turn, I'm happy to still be with them. Rates are variable, depending on the area, and in this area, this venue has the best rates. The facility has A/C and parking right in front of the large shop door. This facility does not have keyed entry pad or late hours, but given the price of the units, it's a small trade off. I only visit a few times a year, so not having the extra fringe benefits is worth the savings. I would highly recommend this facility.”

“I mistakenly went to Cube Smart thinking it was Public Storage just a few hundred yards away. Glad I did! Right from the very beginning, I was treated as their number one customer. Their promo prices were cheaper than Public Storage as well. The rental units and elevators were clean and well lit. And there were plenty of flat carts at my disposal. Unlike Public storage who only allows for month to month, at Cubesmart I was able to prepay up to the end of September. I'm a Cube Smart fan for sure.”
