“I wanted to share my experience that I had with Apex Automotive. Jason worked with me to purchase 4 tires for my wife’s vehicle, that would suit her driving conditions perfectly. When I went to shop to have the tires installed I was greeted by Jason.
Jason was very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, to me, and to other customers as well. I was impressed with Jason’s customer service skills, I listened to the way that he spoke, and or worked with the customers in house, or on the phone. He provided information, and tried very hard to please the customer, to find the correct product, or service that would suit each customer, and he also did that without pressuring the customer to make a purchase. I also noticed that everyone else in the shop was also very friendly and accommodating, and they all provided great customer service.
