When I arrived, I waited no more than 5 minutes. I interacted with 3 or 4 different staff members while my oil was being changed & they were all polite & professional. They showed me my awful filter that needs changing but no one was pushy on upselling additional services. I appreciate that SO much because I am on the spectrum and have severe social anxiety. It’s extremely uncomfortable for me when someone tries to convince me to purchase additional services. Especially when they’re super pushy about it. I am just unable to pay for the filter to be changed today but I’m glad they physically showed me how disgusting it is so that I know it needs to be done soon. They double checked everything when done. Checked my lights, battery, fluids, etc. Great experience overall. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.”
