Yes I may have asked who was working but after I got a person to help me with all of my fashionist, Stick needs, they laid out the table help me put together outfits and really made me the star of the night busting in the streets. If you haven’t stepped inside of the store really missing out, they even have spray ground bags. Shoes and put together outfits for those who have no kind of fashion bone. And they stay open all the way until 10 o’clock. Plus the dude who help me was Jesus. MF Jesus. Get you a piece.”
“My boyfriend was suffering from plantar fasciitis and after seeing a podiatrist went to Foot Solutions for custom orthotics and new sneakers. They were so helpful and after walking in his new shoes with new insoles he is once again able to keep up with me! Health is wealth! I had an excellent experience working with Andres. From start to finish, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way.

“I shopped there twice in two weeks. My first time was not a good experience. I was dressed appropriately, but my much younger friend who came in with me got served but I didn’t. I felt like ageism and when they did bring some dresses my own grandmother would not have worn the suggested pieces
I did go back to give the store another chance and my experience was wonderful. I got the help I needed, presented multiple choices and left with several bags. What was the difference? All I can say was the owner saw me come in and stepped in when her employees were busy. She analyzed my style and size. It was a pleasure to work with her and ultimately she turned me over to some employees. My guess, she approaches everyone who walks into the store and makes sure the shopper has help. Customer service was great the second time around.
Another great service the second time around, when I was in the dressing room she was close enough to assist and also bring other items to me before I had to go looking for help—after I had to redress like the first time

“While I find your prices a little too high compared to other stores, the attention I received by the staff at the lauderdale lakes store was first class, specially an older cuban gentleman - Jose I think is his name - who works there and who's patient, courteous and amicable. It feels like nowadays customer service is dead and then people like him reminds you that it is is still alive and well.”

“This is a 5-Star boot company. I've ordered several Wesco boots from them, the last being bespoke thigh-high Big Boss Wesco boots. I had several Stompers Boots representatives measure my boots. Not surprisingly, when I received them, the boots fit perfectly! Kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable sales service. I even bought a black leather 2-inch Double Tongue belt from them, and that, too, is awesome! I recommend Stompers without reservation!”
