Yes I may have asked who was working but after I got a person to help me with all of my fashionist, Stick needs, they laid out the table help me put together outfits and really made me the star of the night busting in the streets. If you haven’t stepped inside of the store really missing out, they even have spray ground bags. Shoes and put together outfits for those who have no kind of fashion bone. And they stay open all the way until 10 o’clock. Plus the dude who help me was Jesus. MF Jesus. Get you a piece.”

Happy with the results and it kept the original quality of my products. The new soles lasted and had no issues. They're not open Sundays and sometimes they're closed for trips or for holidays so make sure to call ahead and ask.”

Nicki have the customer service skills and much more to offer like going around to all the other stores and train the staff how to approach customers and customers service. If She find the time for each and every customer that’s enter the store at any given time. She also was working with another young lady store they make a good team. Loved the way the store is set up, very roomy, airy and well lit...Nice displays of the shoes with a section for formal, casual and sporty shoes. “I discovered this store on Sunday. Loved it! I bought a lot of gifts as their merchandise is fun and different.The store had a lot of people shopping and they were still great at customer service.When I got home and took the goodies out of the bags, I noticed that the only item I bought for myself was missing. It was also one of the most expensive items I bought. I checked my receipt and I was indeed charged for it. I did not have time to return that same day so I went yesterday.The girl that had helped me on Sunday was not there. I was concerned as I could not prove anything. They had to trust me and they did ?. The attendant simply said, I recognize you from yesterday. Do you remember where the item was? She asked. We went together and picked it, she wrapped it and I left so happy. The outcome could have been different and although disappointing, I would have understood. Refreshing they trusted me. They for sure secured a new customer. My recovered item is the lovely, understated, wooden nativity set in the picture. I will go back.”
