I brought my Volkswagen in for a leak in my coolant system, and they diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly. The service was fast, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future repairs or maintenance. “I originally went in for a slow leak in the tire and found out that the nail was in the sidewall. Therefore, I needed a new tire. I worked with Sam. He was able to get the tire the same day and have the tire installed that afternoon. he was very communicative through the whole process and extremely pleasant to work with Sam is the definition of customer service and Mavis is lucky to have him. !!!!”

“Brought my car in for a couple of electrical issues. It's an older VW, and they easily fixed one issue. The other was more complicated - the locks on one side of the car no longer communicate with the remote or the driver-side unlock button. They explained what the diagnostics would entail, as well as what the cost of materials and labor could be. I appreciated that since the cost could have been quite a lot - especially for a 20+year old car. They could have just done what I asked and handed me a big bill, but with the information they gae me, I was able to decide that the issue was only a minor inconvenience that I could live with. I'll definitely bring my car back for more tender loving care!”

I have been overpaying BMW dealerships and service stations for years and my battery died and Jason and the entire team were so amazing from the very first phone call until having me in 10 minutes later until calling me with the estimate all the way through pick up and they even stayed and I was the last car that got there at 10 minutes after five. He was referred to me by a friend I brought my 2016 Honda Accord to his shop to replace my alternator I showed up at the set appointment time and he took my car in immediately and finish the job in about an hour. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and the cleanliness and organization of his shop. I love it that he's a family man and has pictures posted throughout the office. His price was more than competitive and the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend him to any of my close friends and family because of my experience there.
