They took my vehicle in for a complete assessment to determine the issue.
I was given two options and costs. This was on a Friday afternoon, I agreed to the option that worked best for me and they said they would have it ready on Monday morning and they did.

“I was in what I thought would be very difficult situation. My grandsons car broke down while he was at school at FAU. His break occurred in Fort Lauderdale , went the nearest repair shop he saw. I called the shop the next day and didn’t get a good feeling. I had spoken to Rose at Excell Auto Service previously and had been very impressed. After 2 minutes of conversation I knew this was the type of person I wanted to deal with. I had the car towed to Excel. They diagnosed the and gave me a price which was very fair. The car repaired and for pickup ahead of schedule. I can’t tell how happy I am with this company and especially Rose!! Bruce M”
“I’m so happy I found this place! The guys are quick, efficient and the pricing is very good! I had gone to a mechanic who told me a bunch of things were wrong with my car and the cost was $1,475. Diego fixed my car for less than $500 and it running better than when I first bought it! I really appreciate their honesty! Pablo who runs the shop is also super nice and so easy to deal with. He explains things really well and throughly! Highly recommend this place.”

“I LOVE Certified Auto Service 😍 I have known Gene, the owner, for many years. My brother introduced me to the shop and I trust them with all of my car needs. I take my Honda for regular oil changes, as I did my last Honda, and I've had brakes done, steering column parts replaced, shocks, tires, AC, etc. You name it, they have done it because I keep my cars for at least 10 years. Once I ran over a big Semi-truck tire on I-95 bc I was boxed in & couldn't get around it. I immediately called Gene and he told me to come straight over to the shop so he could check for any damage. “Had hole in my tire and plugged it. Nice family business. He even went out of his way to show me how to reset tire pressure gauge in my car. 10 years- new tires, rotations etc and no one ever showed me that no less reset when I had the service. Highly recommend Affordable Car Care”
“Colbyco and Dino are simply the best auto shop around. The honesty, pricing, and quality of work are incredible. Dino put a new transmission in for me and I was able to do so because of his price. Just yesterday a rock blew out bottom of my radiator and again he saved me roughly $400 allowing me to afford replacing it and took care of it in a day and a half even as busy as he is. Point is I have been very lucky to find affordable,quality, and honesty and can't stress it enough. Definitely 10 out of 5 stars, Colbyco literally saved my life!!”

“I genuinely cannot say enough nice things about the entire team at Tires Plus. Every single person I interacted with was kind, helpful, professional, and just genuinely pleasant to deal with.
Car issues are never something anyone particularly wants to deal with, but they made the entire experience easy and straightforward from beginning to end. They took the time to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and were transparent about what I actually needed. I never felt pressured or like anyone was trying to sell me something unnecessarily, which I really appreciated.
More than anything, the customer service was just exceptional. It wasn’t one person who happened to be great — the entire staff was. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and clearly cared about making sure I was taken care of.
Good customer service has become increasingly hard to find, so when an entire team gets it right, I think it’s worth recognizing. I left feeling like I had been treated fairly and genuinely looked after.

“I called a few places in the area and nobody would give me the Time of day, my last call I made was to tire choice at 4:30 PM on Memorial Day. Explain to Gerald Banhan that I have a nail in my tire and wanted an oil change he said they close at 5 PM. Bring the car in right now and I’ll take care of it. Not only did he take care of everything, he stayed open a little bit later for me was so kind on the phone and I was very stressed out. When I arrived, he greeted me right away and told me he’s gonna take care of everything. He had a great personality and he was very easy to work with. I would give him 10 stars and my car was done in less than 45 minutes. Thank you so much.”

Being from out of state with a daughter in local college, I was hit with anxiety of finding a mechanic I could trust. As an automotive service manager myself, and with a husband who is a mechanic, our standards are incredibly HIGH. I also have sadly witnessed garages take advantage of a woman, young girl especially in a college town. After visiting several shops in the area, those I just turned and walked out of I finally found Tech One.
From the moment I walked in, I knew Anita and Mike were the right choice. Despite their busy schedule, they squeezed us in and handled the repairs with total professionalism and care. This is the only shop besides my husband that has touched this car since it was bought new, and I feel 100% confident in their work. It is a massive weight off my shoulders knowing that I’m 1,200 miles away, my daughter has a reliable, honest garage to go to.
