Being from out of state with a daughter in local college, I was hit with anxiety of finding a mechanic I could trust. As an automotive service manager myself, and with a husband who is a mechanic, our standards are incredibly HIGH. I also have sadly witnessed garages take advantage of a woman, young girl especially in a college town. After visiting several shops in the area, those I just turned and walked out of I finally found Tech One.
From the moment I walked in, I knew Anita and Mike were the right choice. Despite their busy schedule, they squeezed us in and handled the repairs with total professionalism and care. This is the only shop besides my husband that has touched this car since it was bought new, and I feel 100% confident in their work. “I had a flat tire on my bike on sample road I stopped at two tire shops and I couldn't get any help. As I made my journey past powerline rd. I saw Tire Kingdom. After being denied help add two tire shops I wasn't even going to stop although I did and I was greeted by Moody who didn't hesitate to cut a small patch and give me a little glue for my tire. Everyone that I was so polite I felt like I had known these people for years. I want to say that this is our business should be run paying it forward to others who need help . They took my vehicle in for a complete assessment to determine the issue.
I was given two options and costs. This was on a Friday afternoon, I agreed to the option that worked best for me and they said they would have it ready on Monday morning and they did.

“I’m from out of town and had an issue with my rental car—the driver-side rear tire was losing air. I stopped by Hamill Tire & Auto, and they took me in right away, diagnosed the issue, and got me taken care of so I could get back to enjoying my vacation with my family.
While I was there, I had the opportunity to meet Pete, a third-generation member of the family and one of the service advisors/managers. I got to hear a little about their story and how long the family has been in business. As someone who really appreciates family-owned businesses, it’s great to see a company continuing successfully through multiple generations. That’s becoming pretty rare today.
Pete provided outstanding customer service and truly exceeded my expectations. What also impressed me was listening to the other advisors interact with their clients. You could tell they weren’t simply dealing with customers—they had built real relationships. He said the tire was in great shape and no need to replace it rather put a patch on it! This saved a huge amount of money especially since I’m in the process of selling the car next week! “I wanted to share my experience that I had with Apex Automotive. Jason worked with me to purchase 4 tires for my wife’s vehicle, that would suit her driving conditions perfectly. When I went to shop to have the tires installed I was greeted by Jason.
Jason was very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, to me, and to other customers as well. I was impressed with Jason’s customer service skills, I listened to the way that he spoke, and or worked with the customers in house, or on the phone. He provided information, and tried very hard to please the customer, to find the correct product, or service that would suit each customer, and he also did that without pressuring the customer to make a purchase. I also noticed that everyone else in the shop was also very friendly and accommodating, and they all provided great customer service.
