“I want to thank the three amazing people that I met this morning at Postal Sweets. The two amazing ladies and the gentlemen who I believe is the owner of the store. There are still some amazing folks in this world and they made my shopping experience so much better. The KINDNESS is what resonates with me the most. Postal Sweets is a one stop shop with so many trinkets and treasures as well as unique gifts for all ages. You can send your mail, packages etc and pick up just about the best things ever for gifts. I had no idea Postal Sweets existed until yesterday on my social media and it was worth the 40 minute drive to get there. So again to the best people I have met in a very long time I sincerely appreciate you and so will my son when he gets home from school today. “This is my absolute favorite post office to go to! Every single employee is SO kind and helpful and never makes me feel like dropping off packages is an inconvenience to them, unlike other post office employees in the area. I am so grateful for them and the fact that I’m always greeted with a smile unlike the post office off of Hillsboro. I wish they were open later because this is my favorite post office, but they truly deserve earlier days off and weekends off as well! Huge thank you to every single employee here 👏🏼💗”
“Small and in a strip mall. I thought they have deals for sending books. Last time I sent an entire box of books that was like 8 lb and it was for maybe $10. This time I sent up two books in an envelope and it was $3.50. did not ask if it would have been different in a box, but if anyone wants to clarify that for me, I was really disappointed.”

“Mailman David is very kind and informative! Helped me get a PO box, gave useful advice and saved me a trip by asking if I needed mail forwarding form because we were moving and he noticed my out of state ID!
Place was not crowded on Monday at 8 am, the other customers were served with greeting and a smile.”
“This post office is the BEST. I stopped going to the Banyan Trail branch. If you don't have a problem, the Banyan Trail branch will create one for you. The Boca Rio branch may have a little bit longer line, but it goes fast. The last few times I've visited I had special requests, there was a lineup when I got there, and I still got in and out within 10 minutes. It's worth the extra drive to not have to deal with the super rude employees at the Banyan Trail branch.”
“This might be the most “Boca” review ever and never in my life did I think I’d be writing a review for a post office but here we are.
I’ve been in downtown Boca for over 15 years and am lucky enough to have this USPS conveniently next to my businesses, so it’s always been my go-to and honestly, I never thought twice about it.
The team here is consistently friendly, helpful, and actually fun to interact with. I don’t know them personally, but they always make you feel welcomed and taken care of. The ladies are super sweet, and there’s one guy who is freaking hilarious. Idk his name but I’m literally cracking up in line every time. (*Disclaimer: this location does get pretty busy during peak hours but they’re quick and efficient and you get a comedy show while you wait)
What finally made me write this was visiting another USPS location in Boca today and I had a completely different experience. The systems were totally different and outdated and the people weren’t mean, but just not nearly as friendly and helpful as my usual one. It made me realize how spoiled I’ve been and how much I took the downtown usps for granted.
Anyways, if you’re looking to get stamps, mail mail, send packages or whatever, this usps is elite.”

“I was torn between 3 and 4 stars. Lately, they have not had enough staff on the front during peak times. I do like the staff usually, but feel like they are stretched too thin and that can be exhausting for them and the patrons. The self help machine doesn't always function properly. The location is great and generally easy to find parking.”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Ms. Shelby and Joe at the Coral Ridge USPS in Fort Lauderdale. They are genuinely two of the kindest human beings, and they deserve to be recognized for the service they provide every single day.
I visit USPS often to drop off my packages, and no matter how busy things may get, Shelby and Joe always take the time to greet me, help me as quickly and efficiently as they can, and still provide wonderful customer service.
I’ve seen some of the negative reviews for this location, and I think sometimes we forget that the people behind the counter are human beings too. They are federal workers who show up every day and serve hundreds of people, often while dealing with long lines, busy days, and customers who may not always extend the same patience or kindness they expect to receive.
This will always be my GO TO USPS location because of people like Mrs. Shelby and Joe. 🤍
Get to know your postal workers, your cashiers, your baristas, and the people you see regularly in the places you frequent. Say hello. Learn their names. Be kind. It makes such a difference.
Kindness goes both ways, and these two wonderful humans deserve some kindness sent their way. 💌📦”

“I rarely go to the post office, so everything about shipping is unknown to me. I asked the first employee about the process of shipping a very small item; she pointed towards a wall, and I think made a sound that matched her not so happy demeanor. Another CUSTOMER, who was very familiar with the process; helped me with just a few sentences AND a smile on his face. I headed to check out and was THRILLED to find another employee, Angela!! “this post office is kind of unique in that it does not deliver mail. It doesn’t have a ZIP Code area. It’s just its own ZIP Code and it has PO Boxes, kind of cool. The people are always real nice there and usually the line is not very long.”
