“Dr. Watnick is a fabulous veterinarian, and the clinic is great too. Dr. Watnick is very smart, patient and kind. He helped my dog quickly recover from an allergic reaction. He has also routinely cared for her and answered all of my questions with clear and compassionate explanations. I would definitely recommend this clinic!”

We came from across town late in the day Dr. B and his entire team stayed until after closing to perform an emergency splenectomy on our dog. “They deserve 5 stars if it weren't for Paola, customer service and Bernadette, Assistant Manager's service. EVERY TIME I go to Calusa it's amazing whether it's for my two pups or for my family/friends pups. If I go they always answer the phone kindly and ready to help!!! My 8 month old Bernedoodle was bleeding from his behind. I called his primary vet but he is on vacation. I was advised by his amazing assistant to contact Calusa, as this is where I go for emergencies. Typically, they are helpful immediately. Instead, I was met with such disgraceful attitude from Paola (someone with no medical experience and very little customer service) who instead stated, "If you're vet said to do nothing then do nothing." Of which he did not he is on vacation, I called a medical office for advice.. I asked to speak to someone that can help me just to know if I should bring him in or not and she just repeated her statement. Kindly, I told her every time I call I just speak to someone and they tell me if it's emergency, so I didn't waste their time or wait for vet to return, she again reiterated her statement. It turns out that Paola (on this already stressful day with my pup being sick), coincided with her Assistant Manager (who I did NOT request a call from btw) called me and left a condescending voicemail not only just to make the same statement verbatim instead of getting the proper information herself, as a manager. I understand Paola not understanding her role, but an Assistant Manager should not act this way towards clients that she has never spoke to herself. I usually never have issues this was a shocker. She apparently looked me up in the system without my consent and didn't find me (did not even have my name correct in our voicemail). I have the voicemail she left as further proof of their negligence to assist, and I can share with corporate. I would love for someone to reach out to me. Again, these two are NOT a representation of Calusa. Incredible doctors, fast help, economical!! 10/10 Will still be going to Calusa regardless of the unprofessionalism but the front staff with the exception of Cassandra I believe was her name INCREDIBLE customer service rep!! She deserves the management position. She handled herself incredibly, Paola and Bernadette would go a long way learning a thing or two from Cassandra!”
“Dr. Jesse was the first person to give me hope and answers after years of spending time & money trying to help diagnose my dog’s nerve issues. I only wish I found her sooner. The fact that she sets up her entire exam with your dog by operating on their level - the floor - was such a lightbulb moment. My dog hated going to the vet but she was so comfortable with Dr. Jesse after her first appointment. Your animal will be in loving & experienced hands!”

“Our vet Glenda Paredes is one of the best vets we’ve ever had; our dog can be unpredictable and doesn’t like his parts messed with so we are always anxious to bring him in; but their table side manner is great and the staff is always nice and supportive. We appreciate the love they pour into their care and our dog gets lots of love and treats every time he comes in. They’re good at what they do.”

“Where do I begin…. First I need to give a major shout out to the girl who works at the front desk. I was referred to this vet by some people on Facebook, but her compassion and professionalism on the phone was what made all the difference for me. They were able to take me in on a fully booked Saturday and as I watched patient after patient go in, I saw with my own eyes how much everyone who works here cares for your pets like their own. From the vet techs (excuse me if I don’t know the correct terminology), to the nurses to the doctor.. Just absolutely compassionate and caring souls. Such a happy and caring environment all around. It even smells good in there which left me in shock because usually vets smell like.. well vets… lol. I left a very feral community cat there on a Saturday and called in Monday morning for an update on how he did over the weekend before the surgery was to take place. They told me they gave him his own exam room and dimmed the lights to make sure he felt safe away from other cats (are you kidding me, I love them) but that he was doing good and ate a lot. Afterwards, the doctor sat down with my neighbor who went to go pick him up, someone they had never met, and explained the entire X-ray to her. When I say they went above and beyond, I’m not exaggerating. The people who recommended them to me on Facebook had nothing but positive things to say and now I have nothing but positive things to say. Thank you so much for your hard work Dr. Melgey. I truly appreciate you. I appreciate your compassion during my visit and the love you have for animals. Thank you to everyone who works there, from the bottom of my heart.”

Update: Our last and oldest doggy was put to sleep last night at VCA Coconut Creek. I just have to speak on how comforting, respectful and caring Dr. Beck was with our little old man. He was 19 years old and rapidly declining in a matter of a month and she has been nothing but helpful and dependable throughout the whole process. She truly cares about the quality of life of all animals under her care. I highly recommend trusting her with your pet’s care, no matter how old❤️”

“I had an emergency with my kitten Kole this morning and went to Healthy Pets! I have never been there before and they have the most wonderful and caring staff! I would like to thank Shelby and Ashton who are the receptionists they were both sweet and caring throughout the whole experience! I would also like to thank Dr. Tessler who kept in contact with us throughout the morning and explained what was happening with my kitten and the treatment he would need! And I would like to thank Adam who was an amazing nurse who helped me and my kitten he explained and answered all my questions. Adam was very sweet and kind to me! I would also like to thank both Lexi and Jody who are also wonderful nurses there! I would also like to thank Sydney the manager for getting me in without an appointment this morning! “I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bull at a veterinary hospital in Lecanto, Fl. He is a "visiting angel" for this location. My kitty was hurting (bad teeth) and Dr. Bull knew just what to do to help her. Although I had to go to another location to get her teeth fixed, it was not Dr. Bull's fault. The location is super busy, and surgery is backed up. I love dealing with people who love what they do for a living. Dr. Bull is this kind of vet. I wish he could have done her dental work. I will be taking my other pets to the vet hospital in the future and I hope he is there to treat them. Thank you Dr. Bull for your professionalism, and all your hard work.”
