“I wanted to thank, recognize and acknowledge ALEX for her exceptional customer service and standard day-to-day excellence when performing normal tasks that patron expect when they arrive (like making sure things are stocked, areas near the polar pop, donuts area and roller grill are neat and utensils & buns are stacked.
People dont realize what all goes into ensuring these amenities and products are properly filled and stocked, but having worked retail, as well as in this same store, I know how much is demanded and required of you - whilst still ensuring no customer is waiting at the counter to be rang out.
Keep up the great work, Alex! I hope they are paying you, as well as treating you to everything you are worth ... and then sum!!!”
“Today started out pretty good I was working and needed to get gas after I got gas on my route my car didn’t start and everybody at this store was extremely helpful the 2 young
Adults came out to help and see what they can do and I don’t know about cars but they seem very informative and helpful they also try to help me jumpstart the car and offer me to come in the store to wait for the tow truck and was very helpful and the nice older lady was very sweet and came out to check on me a few times … I felt like I was safe and someone cared and with everything that’s going on today in this world we need more people like them because no one checks on people without having a phone or being rude and people don’t care if you are ok .. just because of their kindness and goodwill to jump into action when I see someone in need I will always recommend people to this store I wish I knew everyone names but I will not forget them I hope they continue to help people without thinking without hesitation and without seeing color ..”

“It is a station, with gas in it. Never had a problem here other than the fact that half the pumps are missing the latch to keep the pump going automatically. IDK why this bugs me but it really really does!”
“The Pharmacy department is an exceptional shopping experience every visit. In my opinion, Brittany at the FishHawk location went above and beyond to check for additional savings on prescriptions while waiting. She also informed that if I call in advanced they can streamline the process so not to have wait. I definitely would rate a 15 out of 10 as the store has exemplary employees who make the shopping experience great.”

Great Cuban sandwiches and fresh boxed meals, huge selection of snacks & drinks. Not the cleanest, but it's a frequented area for Mosaic employees and contractors. They'd have to have their own cleanup crew 24/7 if they wanted to keep it spotless in there with all the work boots that touch that place.”
