My dog who is home after a procedure with a drain tube hanging from her belly, got a prescription that is let's say, a red flag (for pain) and even though I looked sleep deprived, no makeup, & just crazy from being up all night with her for days now, and endless vet visits, they completely understood. “I frequent Publix for my grocery shopping and can testify that it usually stocks almost everything I need. The store offers a broad variety of products and the excellent customer service, particularly in the deli, hot foods, and bakery departments, is commendable. Staff in these departments are always ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.However, I do find that stock levels can be inconsistent at times. On more than one occasion, I have found specific items I needed to be unavailable. I would love to see an improvement in this area as it can be a bit frustrating when this happens. Another area that could use some enhancement is the presentation of the hot food case. While the food quality is satisfactory, the presentation doesn't always do justice to the quality of the products and could be more appealing.Despite these points, I continue to shop at Publix because of the convenience it provides and the exemplary customer service. With some slight improvements, I believe Publix could go from being a good store to a great one. I rate it 4.0 out of 5 stars.”

“Would rate it 7 stars if it would let me.Great Cuban sandwiches and fresh boxed meals, huge selection of snacks & drinks. Not the cleanest, but it's a frequented area for Mosaic employees and contractors. They'd have to have their own cleanup crew 24/7 if they wanted to keep it spotless in there with all the work boots that touch that place.”

“I picked up a cupcake pull a part and let's just say there was a mishap in the parking lot. Christine in the bakery didn't even blink. She took what was left of it and recreated it for me in a short period of time. She was very nice and helpful!”

“I used to live in Lake Placid, Fl. I now live in Crestview, Fl. I used to stop in the store while driving semi. I own 2 of the shirts. Olive Green and a Bright red. they are a little small but I still wear them. Loved to stop in there, grab a soda and something to munch on.. .”

“Lady serving hot food was nice allowed me to try a sample I was in-between fried shrimp and new chicken strips it has a pretty good sauce kinda of spicy and sweet and sweet potato mash was on point so was the stuffing no complaints about food also got two samples from a lady walking around, she gave me a piece of ?croissant not to long after I walked in than as I was ordering food gave me another piece of croissant i think she had the hots for my buns, and publix croissants really, i know yall throw away better stuff than that if your going to pay someone to walk around and give samples at least make it something like when you try it your like " oh damn, where can i get some more sweet cheeks " not like "mam where's the water fountain" you lose water and a piece of croissant it's a loose loose step it up :) nice publix nice environment , one of the better ones”
