He genuinely cares! He acts as if this is a hometown bank, although so many people are not from here. Kudos! Keep up the great energy and attention to community.”

“I live on Longboat Key and have been banking with this bank for almost 20 years. They are like a small town bank that treat you like family even if you don’t live here. I have had accounts at other banks such as Bank of America which is the worst! Treat you like a number and extra fees for everything. I have banked out other SunTrust branches and the respect and courtesy are the same as Longboat. The one star review on here is obviously the one bad apple”
