“I live on Longboat Key and have been banking with this bank for almost 20 years. They are like a small town bank that treat you like family even if you don’t live here. I have had accounts at other banks such as Bank of America which is the worst! Treat you like a number and extra fees for everything. I have banked out other SunTrust branches and the respect and courtesy are the same as Longboat. The one star review on here is obviously the one bad apple”

“I’m honestly not a bank person, don’t like them never have. However Robert has been such a help and great experience, Cyrano has also been wonderful when I’m in there. The whole staff really has been pleasant but those two really have changed my perspective and made me a fan of chase bank. Kudos”
