I came in to explore my options, and she helped me figure out what was the best way to pack and ship my mother‘s very valuable heirlooms, to California. She contacted the “expert packer,” Michael, and he gave an estimate based on my needs. He gave me the highest quote, so if it ended up being less, then great, which was the case. The communication was excellent and they provided me with an estimate that was extremely reasonable, and a lot less than I expected. I came back with the items same day, and it was already packed and ready to be shipped the next morning. Michael is an unbelievable packer. Everything was protected and it arrived safely. I highly recommend you consider this UPS store location for shipping packing and shipping valuable items.”
“I called this shop from my home in Montana too coordinate shipping fishing gear to myself on AMI. The young lady who answered immediately offered me a discount on holding my shipment until I arrived to collect it a few days later. It turns out that her name was Alex, and she told me she was the manager.
When I got to the shop to pick up my gear, it was ready, labeled PAID, and safely stashed in the back. I was delighted and used the shop to return the fishing gear at the end of my trip.
The staff who were present on my two visits were friendly and did nothing but get the job done in an efficient manner. I'd go back if I have the need.”

“GOD is good and so is my fed ex driver ?I just received a second trip from my fedex driver today . I missed him early this morning as I took my dogs out for a walk. He told me he had a hunch that my package was important and boy was he right. I needed this medication by tonight! I’m extremely thankful that he took the extra time to come back to my home.
