“I wish I could leave 10 stars. I’m leaving this 5 star review because of how I watched staff and management treat another customer. Even though my exp was 5 stars, like always. An elderly man who comes in often and was recognized by staff, didn’t have everything required to send his package. And the manager looked up and said that it won’t be a problem, he can make an exception for this gentlemen. You don’t get that small town treatment really anywhere these days. Especially from the corporate competition. A little humanity goes a very long ways. Class act operation, I don’t know how they stack up with the competition as far as prices, I don’t even care. I’ll pay whatever they charge any day of the week to know I’m going to get treated fair.”

“Listen, the world is bananapants and lots of customer service experiences have gotten unreliable. I can tell you, this location is over delivering every step of the way. I have sent them several print jobs and each one has been ready sooner than expected. When I arrive at the store, they greet me and my wait has never been egregious. Their hours of operation are updated and correct on their website, they send you an email as soon as your print job is ready. I have been waited on by Zach a number of times and he has always been pleasant and knowledgeable. I have zero complaints and will definitely continue to use them. Also, shout out to Fed Ex's online poster creator with Canva. Very user friendly!”
