“Wow! These guys went above and beyond to help us! We’d forgotten a favorite bag with our favorite clothes in the laundry at the last stop of a week-long trip. We needed a box sent to the hotel, then shipped back to our Airbnb in SRQ. They not only looked up both addresses (when we had no cell service), they took the time to make sure all was correct and packed the box with bubble wrap so it wouldn’t get crushed on the way there. We were amazed to find our beloved bag and clothing on the Airbnb doorstep in two days! Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service.”

“I went here to have something printed off my phone to send a return back. A gentleman named Marco helped me and he was great. He printed everything for me and taped up the box affixed the labels. It had to be shipped through the post office but he went above and beyond. Very happy with the service I received. Would definitely recommend this store”

“We have used the UPS store for the past 15 years. It is essential to have one location for all your mail and packages when you live a mobile lifestyle. This store in Palmetto is our 3rd store we've used. This and the others have made sending mail all over easy and safe. We have lived in boats and RVs and had UPS ship our mail to Mexico, Hawaii and all over the US. If you consider your mail contains personal info, credit cards, tax documents and family letters, you realize how important sending mail to you can be. The UPS stores have done this without any problems at all. Not one in 15 years. They always seem to have excellent staff, as well. I definitely can recommend using the UPS stores. This store has a staff that is knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. Roslyn always knows my name when I call. That is the best. Thank you for all you've done!!”

“They are so fast! Every single employee at the front. I don’t want to give one more credit then the others because I have had no problems with any of them. They are also open on Sundays! It couldn’t be any easier to return packages from Amazon. Just make sure you are prepared! Labels printed (or they can do it for a price) tape you’re boxes or screen shot you’re Amazon codes a head of time because there Wi-Fi is a tad slow! But honestly do that and you are all good!”
“I had to use this business while I was in town to print and notarize a document unexpectedly. I was able to email the document, have them print it, and arrange to be there when the notary was working. She notarized the document and scanned it so she could email it back to me. The whole thing cost about $12 and SAVED THE DAY for me! Big thanks! Pro tip: If you are going to have something notarized, ask what time she is working, not just what day she works. She apparently has 3 jobs.”
“Listen, the world is bananapants and lots of customer service experiences have gotten unreliable. I can tell you, this location is over delivering every step of the way. I have sent them several print jobs and each one has been ready sooner than expected. When I arrive at the store, they greet me and my wait has never been egregious. Their hours of operation are updated and correct on their website, they send you an email as soon as your print job is ready. I have been waited on by Zach a number of times and he has always been pleasant and knowledgeable. I have zero complaints and will definitely continue to use them. Also, shout out to Fed Ex's online poster creator with Canva. Very user friendly!”
