“I’ve always been a fan of American Freight, bought myself and my kids furniture. This is the first time going to the Sanford location as I did not know there was one. I will forever be a customer at this location. Kywonna was AMAZING! He was able to answer all my questions and even double checked to make sure I bought the right furniture. Went through everything with me and the pricing so I was never confused. Great customer service. I will be back to buy the remainder of my bedroom set. “Altamonte location was amazing I had Josh as my sales rep. He was great I purchased a dishwasher and a stove. The store gets 5 stars. But why I have 4 stars is because the delivery was disappointing. The delivery guy was nasty from the start when he called about delivery time. He acted as he didn’t want to be bothered. Then when he delivered my items I paid for installation for the dishwasher all he did was come in my kitchen and look and said I can’t install that kit will not fit. You need to get a plumber my plumber can and everything that I purchased he used and install with no problem. I did receive my $135 for installation back. But don’t even bother with having the delivery person install. Just get your own private person. That is the only reason I gave them a 4.”

“Had a real nice experience at this showroom in Winter Park. We were looking for a specific lighting fixture and Valerie was quite helpful and friendly in assisting us in all the available options. There's such an extensive array of everything from bath fixtures, bath lighting, bath cabinets, shower enclosures, kitchen cabinets, kitchen appliances, everything outdoor grilling options, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, lighting, etc. All top brands and all in one place to compare. “Beware when buying large appliances we got our air conditioner installed this weekend and discovered it was 6 years old and the compressor doesn't work right. Also no working electric carts for the handicapped. Assistant Manager suggested that we bring it back for a refund. That's no help since we paid someone $150 to install it.”

Was easily able to speak to a manager when I needed to, and things all ran as scheduled. Was pleasantly surprised how easy the whole thing was! Would recommend even for a quick rental like ours was.”

“Normally I try to do most of my shopping outside of home Depot as I have had poor experiences in the past with the large warehouses and waiting for service in aisles for well over 30 minutes after having spoken to someone who will send another person over. Today was not one of those days. Thank you to Dejuan at the front for customer service was extremely kind and human in his interaction with me to swap out some lightbulbs when I made a wattage mistake. It was fast and it was simple but he made a great first impression and helped me out with something in a store where it hasn't been the same previously.”
“I went to Home Depot looking for a item and the first worker I approached was quick to tell me that the item I was looking for was whatever was in the isle when I saw they had 40 in stock Khalil was quick to help me and get the box from above and get me what we came for we need more workers like this I would check because the only people who seem to help me when I come is Khalil and Jose who is always asking us if we need help sincerely your loyal Home Depot customer .”

“Update: Ordered a 13ft Jack Skellington animatronic decoration on October 13. Got emails saying it was received and when it was delivered and being prepared to be picked up. Called today and found out that first order was cancelled I guess when I ordered it but second time went through but generated two different order numbers starting with same letter. I got super bummed and ended up issuing a refund for it and leaving a bad revue. Upon receiving a text just now saying my order was ready, I was confused and called in. Turns out the second order went through and it actually arrived, which is great!Word to the wise, look up your order by your name not your order number. Thanks to customer service for straightening it out.”
