This most recent visit Jay helped me order two large batteries, got one transferred over and helped me install them. The last time Rick helped me change a battery in the rain. The team is always happy which says a lot about how it’s run! Thank you all for always being positive and so helpful! I always come back even though it’s not the closest location for me!! 5 Stars!!!”

“SERVICE: The customer service at this location is exceptional! When I arrived, I saw one of the store attendance walking out to assist another customer. He is very attentive, walking the other customer to their car to help with an issue.
Upon entering the store, Jamie assisted us with purchasing an auto part. We weren’t sure what exactly we needed for our car so he came to check out the Maque model and what was wrong with the car after a very quick assessment Jamie was able to grab us the part we needed.
He went even further to tell us that the part was under warranty, but we didn’t even need to keep the receipt they just required a phone number and a name. If the part is defective or breaks within one year, we can easily come back to the same store to receive a new part.
PRODUCTS: this store has everything you could possibly need for your car. No seriously I mean anything if you need parts for repairs supplies for car washes air fresheners oil you name it they have it.
While looking around the store, I also noticed there is a pick up spot so you can order products online and have them conveniently stored so you can grab and go without the hassle of searching the aisles.
They even had hot wheels and Pixar’s cars toys. I thought this was a little funny but also totally makes sense for a store that carries car products.
EXPERIENCE: I chose this store because it was conveniently on the way home from another errand. I found the store on Google and chose it because they were the latest opened auto repair shop in the area. It was great to have an auto shop open late on a Saturday.
The store was very clean and well organized. I noticed that the shelves were fully stocked. I would absolutely come back to this store again in the future.”
“Raul was the best! By far one of the best experiences I've had when dealing with any car issue. I walked in and he greeted me with a smile and quickly took care of me and even changed out my car battery for me. He was so attentive and gracious in assisting me. Tim was also there and willing to assist as well. Raul handled what I needed but both gentlemen were so kind and had such great attitudes. Thank you, Raul and Tim.”

“I don't know if Icwould recommend regular batteries because I buy the cheap multipacks of generic batteries. But as far as CAR batteries, I think they have very good prices over all of the other auto parts retailers and a better inventory than Wal-Mart, which is usually sold out of the size I need for my cars. I needed a replacement for one I purchased just over 2 years ago. The warranty was 3 years,so they gsve me a brand new battery with no hassle.”

“Stopped in today to get a couple of batteries for my key fobs for the car. And Jordan bent over backwards to help me. I didn't even know how to open the fob and my husband and I both have looked at it extensively. And he popped it right open and explained the steps. He made it look so easy. It's great to finally have good customer service at a store again. After covid it seems like the world's turned upside down and a lot of times they act like you should be happy they're there to serve you. That was definitely not the case today. Way to go Jordan thank you thank you thank you, one happy customer. I told him I would give him 10 Stars if I could because I got that good of service.”
“I stopped by this place because I happened to see a sign out front stating they replace key fob batteries. I have a four year old Toyota and ended up getting the lifetime replacement battery for 23 bucks. The manager was very helpful and friendly and it took just a couple minutes to get it completed. Sorry our battery warranty had expired three days before. They would give us $50 off a new battery… we were about to buy a battery from Sam’s Club when the guy there heard our story and said Val another store and talk to a manager… that’s crazy for just three days. Called Jamie at the Longwood store and she was helpful from the minute I explained the situation. She got us taken care of in minutes, with a smile. If I was in this area, I would definitely ALWAYS see Jamie for any car needs. She was the absolute best and with an amazing smile! Thanks Jamie!!”
