My phone screen was badly cracked, and I came in around 4:20 PM after it happened unexpectedly. I was heading out of town and really needed my phone for GPS, so I was honestly stressed. From the moment I walked in, I received amazing customer service. Even though it was only about 40 minutes before closing, they still took the time to help me and reassured me they would do whatever it took to get my phone fixed.
To my surprise, they repaired my phone in just 10 minutes, and it looked completely brand new! The best part? The price was super affordable and the payment process was easy. I honestly walked in thinking there was no way my phone could be repaired, but I walked out feeling like I had a brand-new phone.
I highly recommend CPR to anyone who needs a fast, reliable, and affordable screen repair!”

Mind you, it was about 40 mins before the store's closure time. We never felt rushed by him. He made several calls to see what could be done, but ultimately I would have to get on the phone with T-Mobile customer support team, who had a two hours wait time lol yeahhhh not doing that. I'll be back tomorrow to buy a new phone with Isaiah. I've visited this location a few times over the years and it could be a hit or miss with the service. Today was a major HIT!”

He actually stayed almost an hour after the store closed to help us through a stressful phone situation. He also served with integrity. Afterwards, he told me to come back and he would help me set up any phone that I needed help with. Not only was he supportive during a hard time, but he also was thoughtful and informative. He made us laugh and had a really great strategy to get our phone fixed fast. Two days later, I came back to fix another phone, and Adam was there to assist.
