“So many wonderful choices for spices and harder to find produce. Bustling and busy, obviously many regulars, which is an excellent sign of a good establishment. The staff was friendly, they were helpful and they were constantly tidying and trying to keep the place in order (not an easy task with so many customers coming through).I only needed a few things, but was glad to find soy milk and wonderful instant coffee choices. I also picked up a mango, which incidentally turned out to be one of the sweetest mangoes I have ever eaten.Hope to visit again.”

“Facts: arrived the night before around 2030, had an 0430 appt, they knocked on my door around 0330, and I was out by 0412. There’s on street parking right in front. Doors don’t open until 0330. I had 9 pallets, 329 cases, with a lumper fee of $175. They take Comdata checks and express codes. No app. Opinion: Very tight backing, really meant for box trucks, but I got into door 3 with FL Cascadia Condo and 53’ trlr. Very fast and friendly service. There are bathrooms inside if needed, but only after doors open. Very small dead end street parking on both sides of available. Pro tip: Do not try to turn around at end of street, you’ll get stuck, and there’s cameras looking for trucks damaging property.”

“Fancy fruit is the to go when it comes to meats & Prepared food. They carry a large selection of freshly butchered meats. I get my fresh meats here as well as produce. After I'm done shopping, I make sure to stop by and get some fresh made food. My favorite is the sausage rice and the beef stew. Well cooked and full of flavors, not to mention super affordable if you don't feel like cooking but have to feed the family.”

“Very nice people, there’s some spots on the street, that you can park overnight. It’s best to walk up, and check in. Parking lot is small, and a let tight. Watch out for the fire hydrant!!!!!! There’s a lumper fee, comcheck, cash, or credit card. My fee was $225. Smithfield, you should prepay for your freight!”

“Funny how entitled people feel on all these reviews. If you don’t want your car towed, simply don’t park in the businesses parking spaces, especially if you’re not a customer. If you want to go to a restaurant park on the street, or take it up with the city of Sanford. They are the reason your cars get towed. Other than that in the five years I’ve been in Sanford I have seen this place change so much for the better. I know it must be extremely difficult to run a minority family owned supermarket in this day and age. Keep it up you guys don’t let the negative reviews deter you from serving our community. Its unfortunate theres still so much discrimination in the year 2026”

“The only way to write a review is to give 1 star i think you should be able to give a negative star ...absolutely the worst purchase I have ever made the reason I'm giving it 5 stars is number 1 to get your attention and number 2 ....honestly it was a refresher course on not letting people put you in a situation where you are forced to make a purchase right then....the salesman Peter hall and the people at the supplier Doug Vicki and Tammy put me on a run around for a month before saying the salesman would pay me back at 10.00 a month thats 18 months of payments i was never gonna see it could have been worse this lesson could be been in the 1000.00 so thank you for reminding me not to trust...”
