I was waiting to get my car serviced. I listened to an employee talking to a very argumentative customer who was demanding something that was not Pep Boys fault. Rowland and the team here are absolute angels. I cannot recommend their service enough. They are literal lifesavers. I would have gotten fired from my job if it hadn't been for the team here stepping in and getting my tires replaced so quickly. Thank you guys for being such kind people.
