“I was a little hesitant ordering but i placed my order with ample time for it to get here in time for Xmas .. yes it was hard to get a response from customer service but my package did ship and will be here tomorrow!! Anyone who says their order didn't get to them in time didn't do their due diligence and order ahead during the holidays... my 4stars is simply because it's hard to get ahold of a live customer representative”

“I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Customer service is outstanding (which is near impossible to find in 2024) and the prices are very affordable, considering we live in the age of inflation. Facility is also nice, and it's nice they have bats and helmets to borrow. Highly recommend. You won't regret the visit.”

“Bob & Ron run a great saddlery shop. Repairs are done quite well and in a time efficient manner. Their leather workmanship goes beyond horse items to fine leather products. They do barn deliveries if you can't tear yourself away from your horse.There are a plethora of horse care items. Both English and Western riding equipment are available, new and resale. They have a tack "thrift" boutique selling on commission.What I really appreciate is their ordering items for me that are not available in-store. I'm difficult to fit for boots and they special order them for me- not custom made- but from companies that do make my size. I've not had other local stores offer that here in Central FL.Stockman's is one of a kind gold mine.”

“Best pro shop in Orlando by far. The whole staff in general is above and beyond. Highly recommend Mike. Im fairly new to bowling and he’s very patient and resourceful. I know he does coaching but as he was watching me bowl to find my bowling stats, he gave me MANY useful pointers for free(amazingly grateful). I’ve gotten all my bowling balls drilled there and I refuse to go anywhere else. Might be a small spot but I drive 40 minutes to be there and every drop of gas is worth it especially with todays prices.”

“Spoke to a nice lady on the phone. My father got me 2 Shirts that did not fit for Christmas. I live in a different state just got home to receive my gifts and they did not so I called in explained the situation. Never worn have the receipt etc and she was super nice, very good customer service. Told me I could bring them in for a store credit. Which is rare now a days. But even rarer is the customer service that was shown. Now a days most places you call you get put on hold or get an attitude thrown at you for no reason. Look forward to stopping by tomorrow to get some gear. Thank you”
“Local store, for the most part great service and cool selection of gear. Amber was great, she helped me our with some advice on boots that I recently purchased elsewhere that havent been been fitting quite right. Like most outdoors stores it can be pricey, but the beautiful thing about REI returns exchange program. Some people are out of their minds and return stuff for the dumbest reasons. I saw a pair of insulated winter gloves returned because "they're too warm." My brother in christ they are WINTER GLOVES. That's kind of the point. So take advantage of other people's ridiculousness and snag some cool gear at great prices. My only hope is REI doesn't discontinue this program.
TL;DR Great store, good staff, pricey but hey what isn't right?”

“I had an amazing experience at the Winter park Lululemon store with Kayla T. And the other associates who were on the ball and brought me exactly what I wanted based off my request and gave me some knowledge on the different leggings.They made my journey apart of there's and celebrated with me. Also Im full figured and it was so nice to see other associates wearing the clothes they sell and seeing them fit well. Good job girls ❤️”
“Stopped by thinking I'd get a new pair of ski boots. Spoke to the associate for awhile, tried a pair and realized my boots are actually quite nice and comfy; apparently I just hate ski boots because I grew up snowboarding. He said the boots will always be more uncomfortable versus snowboarding. He did mention Apex boots are ski boots made like snowboarding boots. I'm gonna check them out. I perused the store for face coverings and new gear. They have some used gear which is in good shape. I tried on almost 20 pairs of pants. The sizes between brands differ greatly. I found two outs of pants and a jacket I liked and grabbed a turtle on the way out as well. I may return for some gloves- they have pairs starting at $35. The associate gave me a discount at the register which was super nice. Return policy is 5 days, afterward you can get store credit. There were at least four fitting rooms and plenty of mirrors. There's a couple of shop dogs wandering around, not bothering anyone. Parking is on the street. I didn't see a lot.”
