The staff is exceptionally caring and non-judgmental, providing excellent and prompt customer service in a professional manner. People feel comfortable and secure leaving their pets there, noting that the animals are treated with great care. The service and knowledge are praised, and many express it is always worth the drive, knowing their pets are in great hands. The clinic operates by appointment only, except for certain services on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Appointments are made via email with details about the pet and services needed.
