“Dr. Dicharry saved my budgie!
I live in Miami, and when one of my little budgies fell ill, I first took her to a place down this way. That place diagnosed her with a kidney tumor, gave me some narcotics for her, and told me she has a few weeks to months to live. I was so heartbroken.

I decided to take her for a second opinion, just in case, and on recommendation, I made the long drive from Miami to Loxahatchee. Best decision ever!

Dr. Dicharry was so compassionate, and took her time, asking lots of questions about my budgie’s symptoms. I also really appreciated the fact that she recognized that my sweet budgie is a rather nervous bird, and did everything she could to handle her gently and not stress her too much. Dr. Dicharry did additional tests, and discovered that my budgie had a rampant infection. She was very methodical and careful in selecting which antibiotic to prescribe, to make sure it targeted the right thing, and didn’t pose further risks.

Dr. Dicharry and the team at Rainforest Clinic called to check on my sweet budgie every day! And, I am thrilled to report, my little miracle bird is alive & well!! This is all thanks to Rainforest Clinic. If I had just gone with the first doctor’s diagnosis in Miami, we would never have known about the infection until it was too late. Grateful beyond words.”

“They saved my cat’s life. My 2 year old cat had been throwing up for almost a month. The first vet we were taking him to prior to coming here were sending us home after just giving him anti nausea shots telling us we needed to relax because his xrays and bloodwork showed that everything was fine. After weeks of them giving us the run around and him getting worse we came here for a second opinion. In five minutes of the Doctor looking at his xrays she told us he needed emergency surgery because the xrays indeed showed a intestinal blockage. Within an hour he was in surgery.
I could feel how much the Doctor here actually cares and prioritizes the lives of animals and is extremely reasonable and compassionate. She was sweet caring and incredibly reliable with her level of knowledge. right after his surgery she called me and asked if i wanted to see him via FaceTime since i was at work; just amazing.
The staff were friendly, comforting and sweet.
Its like when you finally find a good mechanic whos not trying to rip you off and has a true love for cars…its like finding a gem. I will never take my pets anywhere else. We live almost 2 hours away and have a shitty car but i dont care this is where my pets will be seen moving forward even if i gotta take a bus or uber there.
