I recently rented a truck from Enterprise Rental Truck, and I have to say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Ethel, the branch manager, was incredibly accommodating, professional, and attentive. Her level of customer service went above and beyond anything I expected.
Midway through my rental, I noticed the horn on the truck had stopped working. I brought it to their attention, and without hesitation or hassle, they swapped me into another truck—no questions asked. The entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free.
In a time where great customer service can be hard to find, Ethel truly stood out. Her leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference. She turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a seamless experience.
Thank you again to Ethel and the entire team at Enterprise Rental Truck. I’ll definitely be using their services again and recommending them to others.

“First of all, when I spoke to Dan he had been the seventh person in the budget customer service line that I had spoken to; from our original rental location in Pompano who knowingly gave us a wonky truck to the roadside assistance, to the one 800-gobudget customer service line. He was the only person that was able to help us. Just his tone and mannerism immediately puts you at ease. We were having a very urgent situation where we needed to be in a certain location by 4 PM and we had a truck that was not working properly. Dan was able to help us fix the situation. Even while following protocol. But he didn’t make you feel like there was nothing that can be done for your situation. He’s very attentive and did all that he could to help us while making us feel at ease in a very stressful situation. He went above and beyond in customer service. We left out of there though we were going to be late to our appointment (not Dan’s fault by the way) feeling like we were well taken care of. Thank you Dan for all your hard work it just takes a little bit to make customer service a plus.Also want to give a shout out to Paul who went above and beyond to assist us in getting business taken care of with roadside assistance. They went above and beyond what is needed for customer service. All the help they gave us they truly did not have to do and we are totally appreciative of their help. They were doing things that the Pompano location SHOULD have been doing to assist us. You guys rock!!!”
“I had a great experience at The Peterbilt store in WPB. Isabel Leon was especially helpful as she was the one who talked me into the store as I was driving. Even when I was at the store her customer service skills were outstanding!! Lunch time came and the manager offered to buy my lunch with no other dealership or store has ever done. Thank you sir for doing for me, it was delicious. My truck was repaired same day and I was able to get to where I needed to be on time. Thank you again!!”

“Quiet facility. The yard drivers don’t act like dicks. There’s ample lighting at the facility but not placed in such a way where it’s gonna shine inside your truck. Restroom access and some vending machines. Also, they seem to alternate the docks for live loads so you’re not parked right next to another driver; there’s a trailer docked between you. If you’re polite and ask, they might be able to let you stay in the door to complete your ten hour reset, or even a little longer. Parking is hard to find here in southern FL so that accommodation goes a LONG way.
Hardly noticed I was being unloaded because the forklift operators weren’t smashing into and out of my truck.
Yes, they will keep you here a long time for unloading. But if you’re not working for a crappy/shady company that utilizes terrible, greedy brokers then you’re going to know that in advance and be able to plan your HOS accordingly. The reviews that give low stars because of unload time shouldn’t blame Walgreens but instead look at the folks who brokered or booked or accepted this haul because the DC is up front about long periods at the dock.”

He made the process quick and easy for us with rushed time on our hands and he explained everything in detail. We would definitely visit him again in the future and would recommend this little store as they don't usually have alot of footfall.”
