This isn’t a polished, teched-out gym with TVs on every wall and brand new equipment. And that’s exactly why it works. They’ve got athlete jerseys covering the walls. They use chalk to write workouts. They know your name. The programming is simple and it works. Kids training next to adults. Functional stuff.
In a world where every gym is trying to look like a boutique hotel lobby… these guys just care about their people. They’ve been doing it a long time and they’ve trained a lot of good ones. Family owned, old school, and real. Always recommend 👏🏽”

“Love this gym, I’ve been going for four years. Even though it’s an independent gym, it runs circles around the larger chain gyms in terms of overall experience. I have used their training services where a trainer built a training program that was tailored to my goals and what I was capable of. (Hint: I was capable of doing more than I realized.) The gym is family oriented and the staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. 24/7 access was great for me, and they have a wide variety of machine “zones” so you can try a lot of different things. You won’t find a better fitness home!”
