“Much more than just a gym. CrossFit is a fitness program that works for all ages and abilities. I always look forward to going to Four Leaf because the coaches are amazing. They care about everyone in their class and make the hour fun, competitive and challenging. Big shout out to Sara, Amber and George for making Four Leaf a big part of my life!”

“Starting at f45 has been the best and most productive me time I could ever imagine. It’s hard but I feel AMAZING when I’m done. The support from everyone is also an added bonus!”
“I absolutely love this location. Lily is an amazing front desk associate she made booking seamless and easy, answered all my questions and booked me in for a weeks worth of classes that worked with my schedule within being on the phone with her for 5 minutes . I also adore Isabella, her work ethic is astounding! I enjoyed my first class so much with her that now I’m a returning member, I didn’t feel embarrassed being new and the environment was so welcoming. I just started back on my health journey and the class environment is so motivating, I am also competitive so seeing my name on the screen with splat points is so fun ahah I love that we can modify ( within allowance) the workouts to our abilities. I’m so happy I found orange theory and the amazing staff that work there, I’m excited to see the goals I accomplish with such talented coaches. Sincerely, Kayla M 💕”
“I took a free class and had the Holly as my instructor. She was professional and fun along with having great motivational skills. I have never taken a class like this and because of her, I'll be back for more. Check this place out and see for yourself.”

“I’m only 3 private lessons in, this is a new experience for me. Hailey is an excellent instructor/trainer. She’s patient and does everything with me from the warm up to teaching me the basics of boxing to the cool down. And did I say Jabz hired a Golden Glove state and national boxing champ and international Muay Thai kickboxing champion?!!! She is the reason me and my husband joined!!”
“Crunch fitness Wesley Chapel is a great place to get in shape.
I love their fitness classes. Especially Zumba class it’s my therapy. I will highly recommend it to be part of your daily schedule and routine.”
“I go work out here regularly with friends and they have a lot of leg workouts and some upper body workouts. I would like to see more duplicates of some upper body but still a really good gym. All the people there are nice and someone helped us with our form once.”
“Jessica was personable and kind! Super helpful. Made my member account experience great. This chain doesn’t have all the bells and whistles but I think it gives what people what they want. Good location, 24/7 hours, clean, and most equipment with an affordable price.”
“I have been a member of Lights-Out Boxing for several years, and appreciated its family-friendly, faith-driven environment. The gym has kept me motivated throughout my physical and mental health journey.
Last year, my physician told me I would need life-changing surgery. To be fully transparent, I was scared—especially after learning how difficult the recovery could be. I do not usually share personal struggles, but I trusted Danny Pacheco (gym owner) and Coach Keith Moore (personal trainer) with the news. They put me on an eight-week health challenge focused on preparing me for post-operation recovery and pushed me right up until surgery. On my first day after surgery, I was required to walk one lap around the hospital floor. Later that evening I walked two laps multiple times, and by day three, I was averaging three laps every two hours. I was informed I would need physical help with daily activities, but that was not the case. I was able to care for myself, and not sure why, but I never needed to finish my pain medication.
Every time I walk into the gym, I am greeted with warm, friendly smiles. On one occasion, Coach Hugh and Coach Marissa came over and asked if they could pray with me—without knowing what I was going through. It was exactly what I needed.
I apologize if this review is long, but I do not write many and could not stay quiet about this Gem of a Gym. Today marks one week since my surgery, and while I still have a road to recovery ahead, I already have more independence than I expected—even enough to walk around the block.
There is truly something special about Lights-Out Boxing.
Sincerely,”
