“Great customer service in the rental department! Do wish they would not park their vehicles in front of rental return/ loading area. It was raining and was asked to pull up so they could load it and there was no place close to pull up. A big rent me sign and large box truck was front and center of rental door, bad place for advertising it!”

“After waiting about 30 minutes in laptop area I was later told them were understaffed. Then a amazing lady name Maria walked over and saved the day. I was very unsure what laptop. She was very knowledge in the area and if she did not know the answer she looked it up instead of guessing. I was not sure what laptop I wanted but i really appreciated how Maria was not pushy and did not try to pressure me into buying the most expensive laptop but instead helped me pick the laptop that fit my needs. Really happy with my purchase and i appreciated Maria help i will be looking for help assistance if i need help in best buy.”

“After years of putting off getting replacement slats for my King Bed, I finally made time to go to Home Depot on Florida Ave. on 10/16/23. So, we walked over to a couple Staff that worked inside the store and asked where we could get a few Wood Slats cut down to size and was told which area to go to. Upon hearing this another Staff member offered to help us right away do that we didn't have to wait too long. Luckily,I had brought a Bed Slat from home to measure it against the New ones I had planned on purchasing. So, this very nice man expertly cut down the new slats I needed perfectly and even supplied us with a cart to transport the New Slats on. I am so happy that I went to Hone Depot First instead of a furniture store or I would have probably been subjected to buy a whole New Bed Frame or whole Pairs of Slats when I only need about 4-5.”

“Great service! Night and day difference from the Wesley Chapel store. After my horrible experience there the same day about an hour later I came to this store to purchase my $400 item. I walked in and to the area. An employee was helping someone else with a purchase I waited a few minutes. Walked around to see if anyone else was available but they were not. I circled back to where the employee was helping someone and another employee Michael asked if I was being helped. I said no and he asked if he could told him what I wanted he went over some things with me and I not only purchased my gift for my husband but reopened my account. My husband was walking around and I told him we will NEVER go to the Wesley Chapel store again. I do not care how much closer it is. Way to go Citrus Park Best Buy. Great customer service as it should be.”
