Second time visting this store in last few weeks, I thank Jeff very much for his help the first time there. Over this weekend I got 2 more hats, which one was embroidered by Holly (the manager). My words cant describe the talent she has. She did the embroidered part in a foreign language..A++++ TYVM again Holly!!

Jeffrey was so helpful and kind. I called to check to see if there was a specific hat available. He took the time to help me find the hat I was looking for. Although it wasn’t the hat. Thanks Jeffrey.

Absolutely love lids they are the only hat store that carries a size 8 friendly people great place to shop overall where they got fitted hats
