“Great experience! My knee was hurting so bad that I went in for X-rays. After seeing my doctor, I saw a commercial about the Good Feet Store. I asked some associates about the store and they had positive comments. I immediately went there. My right knee was hurting me so bad. I was greeted by a friendly employee that helped me feel comfortable. He explained everything clearly while I was fitted for my insoles. I was shocked and amazed my knee stopped hurting. I did not want to take them off. I immediately paid for them all, and wore the new shoes and insoles home. My knees have not hurt since.”

“Inviting decor and friendly, knowledgeable staff are big pluses for this store m it's easy to get to with ample parking. I was shopping for a very specific product and it was helpful to have actual dancers who have used the product help me with my purchasing decisions. I'll definitely be returning.”

“Everyone was extremely helpful storefront was everything was clean. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is wishing Reebok had more options rather than just the classics. Hoping to see some more options for Reebok”

“I had a great experience at the New Balance Factory Store in Tampa Premium Outlets thanks to Angel. He was incredibly patient, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout my visit. He took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find the right fit, and never made me feel rushed. Customer service like his is hard to find these days. Angel truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy with my purchase. He’s a fantastic asset to the store, and I highly recommend asking for him if you stop by!”

“While researching for our 500 mile hike in Spain next summer Columbia was a definite must visit. Plan to get new hiking boots from here next March, as I prefer to try on my hiking boots rather than order online. We’ve done this hike a few times and know what we need and how important footwear is on this hike.”

“Addison made shopping here great. She greeted us and offered assistance while other employees did not acknowledge us. She also rang up our purchase at the register while other employees were being loud and not assisting her.”

“Had one of the best shopping experiences thanks to Pablo. He was super friendly and very engaging. From the minute we walked in he inquired about or reason for visiting asked a lot of questions and guided me to what I was looking for. Not a sales approach but one that believes in his business his product and cares about customer happiness!”

“I always put in my phone number because I know I’m terrible about holding onto receipts. Apparently rack rooms program doesn’t work like that. While he was not thrilled, the manager took the time to look for my purchase in order to give a refund. Thanks!”

“I drive over 30 minutes to come to this store. They accept my online order returns and always have something new and unique in store. I don’t think I’ve shopped here without getting some sort of deal or discount. Unfortunately you can’t use your AdiClub vouchers at this store but you can get points for your purchases.”

“First time here! My daughter wanted to go in and take a peek around which means walking around for probably over 30 minutes, along with some visits to the fitting room. LOL This location is within the Premium Outlet Mall in Tampa. Masks required to enter and shop. They do have their fitting rooms open and are not limiting capacity. The store is huge and there is PLENTY of staff walking around to help you with any questions. My daughter found some Dickies jeans which she tried on a few different styles but finally was able to choose one. Pricing at $45 was reasonable I think as I typically pay around that or more for mine. They do Lysol down the fitting room door and inside once patrons leave...so keeping it sanitary. And the girl working the fitting room area that day had it very organized....I was so impressed. There are racks near the fitting room area that are clearance and currently have 50% the sticker price -- so you could get a Vans sweatshirt for around $20. They have men, women and kids attire....also sell a variety of Jansport backpacks and a wall display of shoes.”
