“The mobile check in didn't work, so I had to go to the kiosk to check in; however, it was fairly quick and the appointment went well. The phlebotomist was friendly and sympathetic to my nerves. It was done fairly quickly.”

“I have had lab work and x-rays at Baycare for several years. I have a history of passing out if there is a problem finding a vein, etc. I have never had an issue at Baycare. Lab techs and other staff have gone out of their way to kindly distract me and always draw blood easily! I can't tell you how grateful I am to NOT faint! They also told me to drink lots of water before coming - and it definitely helps!”
