We booked this hotel for a concert nearby last minute. The woman that checked us in double charged my friend for the room and front desk repeatedly told us that the charge would “drop” but has not. Our room was on the 3rd floor. When we walked into the hotel there were sugar ants on the walls and on the furniture. The hotel phone was not plugged In so I moved the nightstand. Behind the nightstand, there was dirt, dust, crumbs. I highly doubt housekeeping even cleans underneath or behind the furniture. Next, my friend noticed mold on the shower head. This was overall a disappointing experience. We explained all of this to the front desk several times and not once were we offered a refund for this overall poor and hazardous service.

Decent hotel, and close to wear we needed to be which was good. However, we could not check into our rooms until over an hour past when check in time was supposed to be. When I asked the woman at the front desk about room availability she basically told me she had no way of knowing that and was annoyed I asked. On top of that, the elevators all broke during my stay, and so did the parking meter so I was forced to pay extra for my parking in the garage. Fairly disappointed since I typically have good experiences with Sheraton.

This did not go well. I paid $260 after taxes fees and parking for a 10 hour stay.First at 5 AM the smoke detector started beeping very loud. I called downstairs for maintenance but no maintenance was available. I had to climb on top of furniture to try to remove the battery. After removing the battery I was able to stop the beeping and went back to bed.20 minutes later there was a knock on the door from security offering to help with the smoke alarm. I told him it was too late the issue was resolved and I'm back to sleep.Then before falling back to sleep the air conditioner became EXTREMELY LOUD. It sounded like there was a rock flying around inside the machine banking on the metal walls. I used one of the very uncomfortable pillows to cover my head and was able to fall asleep.THEN at 8:15 AM there was a loud knock on the door. It was house cleaning wanting me to get up and go (check out was at 11) so they could clean the room right then. I said no I am sleeping.THEN at 9 AM housekeeping once again came back to the room to wake me wanting to clean the room. I again asked them to leave until after checkout.I explained all of this to the front desk. They showed little to no concern or empathy but offered to comp our $18 parking fee.Thanks for the $18 and the awful night of sleep.

Had a very good experience. Clean rooms, friendly Staff. Will recommend coming here if you need a place to stay. The Irish pub have some delicious food as well located in the hotel.

Hotel Rooms are a bit outdated which I'll give a pass on because it appears that they are in transition however the lack of customer service skills was quite frightening.... One particular rude and obnoxious front desk employee (Katrina) did not fit the warm and friendly Marriott demeanor that I have grown accustomed to as an elite bonvoy member. It's unfortunate that the lack of professionalism and warm nature did not resignate with this individual. My company is in the process of formalizing a fornal complaint to Marriott outlining our experience at this facility. A word of advice for KATRINA-Customer service is virture in the service industry... You never know who's who and where which is why you should always be the best representation of not only your company but yourself.Rooms: Outdared

A beautiful hotel. Rooms are nice. Alot of amenities. Jacuzzi barely warm with cold water rock fall that splash on you. I do like the room. Super fast elevator. They even change out the mat multiple times a dayRooms: Looks nice. Comfortable bed but pillow I didn't like. A/C is super strong.Noteworthy details: Lobby is unique

Hotel seems to have 2 sets of rooms - rooms in the club area seem to be OK while rooms in the other areas are filthy, run down and just hands down gross. There were stains on carpet, stains on office desk, mold on sheets, hair in the shower, electric outlets didn’t work, window curtains won’t open. I checked out after 1 night only because it was too late to switch when I arrived. Hoping this helps the management to improve this property. As a Marriott frequent guest, this hotel needs serious upgrades.

I have on my email confirmation that early check in is available for $15. I called to make sure and the front desk said yes however when I got to the hotel the front desk told me no rooms were available yet. So I left and back again after check in. When I got to my room, the "balcony" that I booked was a block wall and only about a foot standing room while the pictures show a full balcony with chairs to sit. I called the front desk and the lady said those balconies are only for delux rooms and she said since I booked through a 3rd party they have the wrong pictures listed. I double checked the hotel website directly and ALL of the rooms, including the room I booked, show a full balcony. Pictures are from Travelocity where I booked and directly from the Seraton Marriott website, they are the same. None showed this standing room only "blacony". I always book Marriotts, their rooms are always nice and customer service is great but this hotel is a loss for Marriott, I will not be back.Edit: My pictures were uploaded to this review but they aren't posting for people to see.

Good luck if you ever need to talk to someone. Hotel itself is fine but the customer service is terrible.
