“Robert went out of his way to help me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, patiently teaching me the diagnostics surrounding my car "pulling" issue as we test drove and did a few other tests to reach that end. In the end, it was determined to be an alignment, which he doesn't do so recommended a reliable place down the road. Overall, would absolutely use him if the need arises and highly recommend him as an honest and super knowledgeable mechanic. Thanks again”

Not sure if many people know about this but for an out of town let me tell you this was helpful.”

“I made a reservation online through U-Haul for a trailer that weekend. When I arrived, Ashley was at the front desk and so helpful and sweet. I was stressed because we had been 45 minutes late but she made the process very easy. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that I needed an electrical outlet in my car for the trailer, so I couldn't use that, but they had a truck available to rent that day and switched it out at no cost. The instructions for returning the truck later that evening were very easy and they processed my paperwork first thing Monday morning. I would highly recommend this location and appreciate how easy Ashley and Julio made the process!”
“EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I needed a last minute U-Haul rental and while other locations were either closed or didn't have the size I needed this location did. This is actually the second time I have rented a U-Haul from this location and once again they proved to be the utmost professional and easiest to deal with. I would say this is now my preferred location in Apopka. The managers, Ken & Mecca, were AMAZING!!! They were friendly, funny, practiced social distance correctly and made my experience renting a U-Haul, which sometimes can be a pain in the butt, smooth and convenient. I highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else!!!”

“Came here for propane. Saw online that they have it. Kept my tank outside but went into the store to wait. The employee saw me and said I could wait outside by the tank. When I walked out there, I saw there is a bell button to ring for propane service. I'll remember that for next time. The employee was prompt and helpful. He was also very honest. He said my tank was half full! I had no idea. I just knew it was taking forever for my food on the grill to cook. If you pay by cash you have to go inside the store to pay; If you pay by credit card they have a swiper on their hip that you can pay with. Pretty neat! Parking is weird but plentiful. They have to keep lanes open for their moving trucks and trailers so it's lined up weird. Keep an eye out when you're parking. Inside the store they have a lot of boxes and mattress covers etc, all the things you'd expect of a Uhaul store. I can't speak to the availability of their moving trucks. I will continue to go here for propane. I feel like most places charge a similar amount.”
