Long story. I made mistake: left locker open, with my house keys. We went back in, as another car left, slightly past 9pm. Couldn't exit & didn't have our phones. Someone at outside locker, lent us their phone. Customer Service assisted us, through proper procedures & we exited. Thank you so much.

He even recommended how to accommodate our stuff to make sure it all fits. He went the extra mile, great customer service, excellent attitude and fluent in spanish made my parents feel welcomed and comfortable when explaining the lease agreement to us. Rented a 10x10 in May. Thanks again.”

“Leo was really great and helped me so much, I had accidentally gotten the wrong unit due to someone else at a different location but he helped me out so much and made the transition for me so seamlessly, all I had to do was pay the difference. The storage unit are new and they look really good and are very spacious. Leo was very polite and guided me to make sure I knew exactly where my unit was so I wouldn't get lost and answered all my questions as well. If you are looking not only for a storage unit but also helpful staff then this is the place and ask for Leo.”

“The lady at my storage space has set me up as well as l could of been. It will vost me hundreds to move my stuff from this public storage to another. But getting a discounted price and 2 months rent helps. Not sure what u will charge starting the 4th month? Why cant that price be clear?”
