“I was at this Ace great service kind employees. I ask that you change your policy on non service dogs being allowed inside the business. I was in there this morning and a guy had hid small "shitzu" unleashed walking through the business. As I was walking to the register the "shitzu", fit its name and dropped some turds near the grills. Not thinking there would be turds in Ace or irresponsible dog owners that would not pick up after their dog. I stepped in it. Staff was alerted and the dog owner said he would pick it up. All good in the end but please change your policy on non service dogs being allowed in business.”
“I don't use tools a lot but I have to do some work on a couple things in my house. The people in this location are very helpful and knowledgeable about what you might need to buy to fit the task you're facing. The prices are very reasonable for these items and you just don't want to risk it with any lower quality tools on a task. This stop was very worth my while, for now I can tackle my plans knowing I have the quality tools I'm going to need the whole time. Thank you! The inside of the store is clean and organized. The service is perfect.”

Picked up a couple cause I have 2 vehicles that sit for weeks at a time... Fast and uncrowded... Sign up online and they send deals to your phone... They have curbside pickup service also...”
“First time homeowner. I had a kitchen drawer break and brought it in for help. I sat the drawer on a counter and Ben and Bill helped me select the appropriate materials for the repair and even measured and cut a piece of wood for me. “This is a good Home depot.Been here a number of times mostly during the day, and anytime I've needed help there's been someone who can answer my questions. Sometimes I'd have to wait 5 - 15 minutes, which I find reasonable for the amount of experience answers I've ended up getting. When I need the staff, I've always been able to easily find someone walking around, and the were generally knowledgeable about locations. I remember several times asking for the place and usually the employees, young or old, knew which isle to find somethings. Occasionally down to the bay! The times they didn't they looked it up in their app and sent me the right way. Also, have had a number of returns and orders made at customer service, and always they've been helpful.”
“Went there looking for new tub drain to match threading on thirty yr old corroded drain. Tony was professional, helpful and respectful. We discussed repairing a hole in my rusted out steel tub, and not only did he take me seriously, he offered advice on other methods to try. If you're looking for better quality bath fixtures than what the big box stores offer, and a staff that can help navigate the options, this is the place to go.”
