“I received exceptional customer service from Mark today - I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I picked up my car from a different location, and returned it here today. The other location made an error on my rental agreement, and had me set to pay quadruple the amount agreed upon at the counter. I called the customer service line, and they said it was best to wait and deal with it at drop off which made me nervous. Mark fixed the issue right away, and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. I was worried the situation was going to be a huge headache, but Mark took care of it like it was nothing. Super appreciative for the help today - will definitely be doing business with Mark and this location in the future.”
