“Rental desk is inside the hotel. No signs telling you where to go. I said I didn't want the fee to return the Tesla without charging it and was charged for it anyway. Tesla was only 77% charged and I was billed for the full charge. Passenger side mirror fell off more than once from small bumps in the road. Car had scratches all over the exterior. Not sure who beat the heck out of it, but less than I expected. Somehow my Thrifty rental was in way better shape than the Tesla I rented from Hertz at this location.”
“Rental car was set up for me through insurance while my personal vehicle was being repaired. Staff was personal and efficient, rental car was clean and comfortable. Very positive experience.”
